But is it confirmed this actually ended up on Twitter? So far as I can tell, we only have the claim that it happened from the daughter.
As far as I can glean, Claudia never actually saw her mother post the picture on Twitter. However, a number of her followers did apparently see it happen and told her about it.

This means either:
  1. Multiple witnesses saw Kellyanne Conway post a topless photo of her teenage daughter, or
  2. Multiple people, who somehow knew a topless photo of Claudia Conway existed, conspired to create a fictional account of that topless photo being posted on Twitter by her mother.

Yeah, sure, no problem.
https://code.dccouncil.us/dc/council/code/titles/22/chapters/31/

And you can see how that differs from the definitions in the chapter on non-consensual pornography, here:
https://code.dccouncil.us/dc/council/code/titles/22/chapters/30A/

I would hazard a guess that the main reason that Chapter 31 does not include simple topless photos of children is because they don't want parents going to prison for taking pictures of their toddlers in diapers.

so, just saying, but its equally illegal for the daughter to have those photos.
Is it, though? Because I'm looking at the DC Criminal Code right now, and I can't find a statute that prohibits a minor from taking and storing topless photos of themselves.

Kellyanne posting a topless photo of her minor daughter on Twitter absolutely and without question violates 22-3053 of the DC Criminal Code (First-degree unlawful publication of Non-consensual pornography), which is a felony.

In fact, the very next Chapter of the DC Criminal Code (regarding Sexual Performance Using Minors) has definitions that do not strictly include being topless as a form of "Sexual Conduct" and, even if they did, specifically excludes the minors depicted in the "Sexual Performance" from liability for possessing or transmitting the "Sexual Performance" unless at least one of the minors depicted does not consent to its transmission.

Ergo, it would appear to be completely legal for Claudia Conway to possess a topless photo of herself, and not "equally illegal", as you stated.

Of course, that's not accounting for any time Trump presumably spent sleeping, golfing, or otherwise not making public statements.

And it's not really a great metric for comparing him to other presidents or politicians, because this particular bloviating buffoon made a crap ton of public statements. A better metric would be the rate of false or misleading public statements to total public statements.

One other thing I'd like to mention, Parlor was """hacked""" and all information about all its users is now public. This is because they didn't even remotely secure their databases and all their data was literally in public domain. Think about this before you give your data to someone who can't read a chart or a scientific study. But if you had an account, your private messages, address, driver's license (I'm not shitting you they required this and left it on a public server), are now readable by me, every user on this board, every law agent, and every employer you may have in the future. It's a good thing we're not stupid enough to use Parlor, right??
OK, the "hack" here was just an unsecured/public API and posts that were identified via sequential integer IDs. This means that the only information obtained from this "hack" are public posts (parleys, photos, and videos, potentially even those that had been deleted) and any metadata associated with those posts (including geotags in photos and videos).

No driver's licenses, SSNs, or IPs were revealed through this "hack".

A little under 60 TB of information was downloaded in this manner before Amazon shut the servers down.

Seriously, though, Parler was extremely shit at security on numerous levels, but at least Driver's Licences, SSNs, and IPs weren't public-facing.

"if conservatives don't like it, why don't they start their own social network?"

This is why. Every time they do, servers refuse to host them, payment processing services cut them off...etc. unless you're expecting conservatives to literally build their own utility infrastructure, server hosts, and payment services entirely from scratch, the argument is obviously bullshit, and this ain't the first time this has happened in recent years.
Actually, it goes a little more like this:

Every time conservatives start their own social network, it winds up attracting (for some mysterious reason) a "surprising" amount of white nationalists, neo-nazis, abject racists, domestic terrorists, seditionists, violent nutjobs, conspiracy theorists, and anti-semites. The hateful language and violent threats espoused by this varied groups of assholes inevitably gets the "free speech" conservative platform shut down for not moderating that shit because very few hosting service want to put up with that kind of hateful bullshit.

It's not like all conservative things get shut down. Hell, Conservapedia, which has apparently gone full dipshit (as opposed to only slightly dipshit) since the last time I looked at it over a decade ago, is still up. The problem is that many of these so-called "conservative" social media sites advertise themselves as "free speech" havens, which only serves to attract hateful bigots who talk about murdering Jewish people, lynching black people, and assassinating Republican Vice Presidents.

Nobody's getting their conservative social media sites shut down for discussing a miserly fiscal policy or tax breaks for billionaires.

Do you post things not knowing what they are or do you deliberately conflate them in an attempt to try to confuse people? You're comparing a civil matter to government-led censorship, which bears no resemblance between the two. And it wasn't Trump calling Zuckerberg and the others to a hearing.
Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act specifically protects sites (or "interactive computer services") that allow user-submitted content from liability for (most) criminal things posted by users. If it were fully repealed and revoked, as the Tang-faced buffoon in the Oval Office desired in the waning moments of his failed Presidency, Parler would have to implement a strict moderation policy or find itself shut down for being criminally liable for the criminal bullshit users have posted there. Likewise, Google and Apple would have to remove the Parler app from their respective stores or find themselves criminally liable for the criminal content posted via an app on their stores.

Enough damage has already been done to Section 230 by useless bullshit legislation like FOSTA, but a full repeal of Section 230 would have far more damaging effects on free speech than allowing private entities to moderate user-submitted content according to clearly delineated Terms of Service, Rules, and Guidelines would.

And this "government-led censorship" you're harping on about? That is frankly bullshit. The three latest hearings attended by Facebook were:
  1. A hearing in late 2019 regarding Facebook allowing disinformation and outright lies in political ads posted to their service, as well as violations of housing discrimination laws. This, predictably, went fucking nowhere. Democrats wanted to know why Facebook would allow malicious ads in which Donald Trump's campaign told deliberate lies about Joe Biden to run on their service, and Zuckerberg just waffled off with a "I think we did the right thing, we strike a good balance, etc." (I'm severely paraphrasing). This accomplished nothing.
  2. A big-ass anti-trust hearing in July of 2020, to which Google, Amazon, and Apple were also party. Lawmakers believed that the four companies were getting so big that they were stifling competition, whereas the four companies believed they needed to be giant, monolithic corporate gods in order to help their tiny competitors discover fire or whatever. This went nowhere and accomplished nothing.
  3. An honest-to-God useless sham of a hearing about Section 230 (also involving Twitter and Google), with Democrats demanding to know what the companies involved were doing to rein in hate speech and voter suppression, and Republicans demanding to know why they were doing things to rein in hate speech and voter suppression. It was a big clusterfuck that accomplished nothing.

That's true but with Socialism it's mandated by law that 100% of the company is distributed to the workers (idk if it was exactly 100% in practice but that was the concept). Which is why it's such an easy jump to Communism, which is the same thing except owned by the government (public ownership).
That's not Communism; it's State Capitalism.

Sure, a lot of State Capitalist countries called themselves Communist, but in reality they stopped before they actually got there.

Marx initially believed that State Capitalism was the first step towards Communism, until the Paris Commune happened and he decided that no, actually, State Capitalism was a terrible idea and there were better to achieve Communism. Lenin continued to advocate for State Capitalism as a step towards true Communism, but no one ever actually made it that far.

Government ownership of the means of production does not eliminate the exploitation of the proletariat by the bourgeoisie as Socialism and Communism (being a form of Socialism) seek to do, it merely creates a new group of bourgeoisie to exploit the proletariat. It is antithetical to Socialism and, by extension, Communism.

The word entrapment, comes from the verb "to entrap", meaning to catch in a trap and that's what this is.
I also feel the need to post this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SlwV7mtsmw
When people use "entrap" in that sense, they're almost always referring to an actual physical trap or snare. And they never refer to the state of being entrapped (in that specific sense) as "entrapment".

Absolutely nobody has ever (for example) found a mouse caught in a live trap and said or even thought, "This is entrapment."

When English speakers use the word "entrapment" we are almost always referring to the legal sense.

...incorrectly.

Entrapment isn't just a legal term.
Oh sure. So, were they lured into a dangerous situation or into illegal activity?

No?

Still not entrapment.

If another woman these men found very attractive had, unbeknownst to their girlfriends and out of genuine interest, propositioned them for sex, would they have not pretended to be single and taken her up on the offer?

Judging by their actions with this particular woman who merely acted like she had genuine interest in them, we can consider it quite likely that they would willingly cheat on their girlfriends, so this also doesn't fit the definition of entrapment.

It's actually quite simple. When it comes to wearing masks, they believe "my body, my choice", and when it comes to people getting abortions, they believe "your body, also my choice".

They're selfish, entitled pricks without a lick of empathy who insist that things must be done according to their beliefs.

Not only that but she had a main goal, to eliminate the black population. Why do you think they push abortion so hard in the black communities? Why are most PP places in or close to black neighborhoods?
Because rate of effective contraceptive use is significantly lower in black and Hispanic people than other races, leading to higher rates of unintended pregnancy.

Since these communities seem to be the ones most in need of family planning services, including education in the use of and access to contraceptives as well as abortion services, that's where they're putting them. You're not going send a surfing instructor to Nunavut.

Unfortunately, distrust of family planning organizations seems to be a significant factor in the lower rate of effective contraceptive use, so spreading this absolute bullshit about how Planned Parenthood is or was trying to eliminate the black population isn't helping.
