I had let my island get out of hand with flowers overgrowing everywhere for most of 2020, but recently I pulled all the flowers and started sprucing up the island with paths and fencing, giving some neighbors gardens and replanting flowers in controlled spots. It's really re-energized my interest in the game because previously I was just hopping in for a few daily errands and then save and quit. Now I've been trying to do more to get a 5-star rating (I had a 4-star when my island was overgrown, but it dropped to a 3-star after purging all the flowers) and get my neighbors' photos. --- |
