I don't find it very surprising that a representative taking in $450,000+ in oil/gas donations would point to renewables as the problem when wind power was a small fraction of the overall power loss compared to other energy sources.

I use a french press basically every day.

I use the Hoffman method. You can search youtube for it but basically it goes:

1) Add coffee to empty press
2) Add hot water and let brew for 4 minutes
3) Break the crust at the top with a spoon and remove foam that accumulates
4) Let brew another 7+ minutes
5) You're supposed to not press the filter down all the way but simply keep it near the liquid surface to filter out the coffee as you go, but I press it down anyway because I just find it easier that way and I don't think it affects it very much.

One thing the online tax companies like to do is get you sucked in with a cheap price but then once you start adding stuff you are forced to upgrade. Like for instance turbotax requires the deluxe version in order to add short term stock gains to your filing, which adds another $40 or so. Something to consider because I've never had to add stuff like buying a house or unemployment.

I don't remember the last time I experienced a prolonged power outage. Maybe the northeast blackout of 2003. Even during Sandy I didn't lose power or internet. When I was a kid I lived halfway up a mountain road and the power would go out a few times per winter at minimum. I always hated the quiet at night cause I sleep with a fan on.

Hedge funds like to hit a stock with a lot of sells really quickly and make it drop hard and fast to get people to sell in a panic thinking their stock is crashing, and also to trigger stop losses which create more selling pressure.

If you don't sell most times it will quickly jump back up to where it was.

I guess no one was following WSB. Its like reading a news article. Their forum gives insight to the memes and one of the top posts was about how to avoid being a bag holder.

So a sell off now instead of later seemed likely.

There's a lot of opportunity to make money off wsb stocks as long as you're willing to sacrifice some gains to lock in profit and get out before the rug pulls.

I was just able to buy Nasdaq and NYSE listed stocks on Fidelity. I've done this before too at 8pm and even 7am EST. But when I tried with ENZC and CELZ no luck.

ENZC is on the OTC market which doesn't allow after hour trading.
