Like, if you know Kamurocho well, you'll actually know your way around Kabukicho. I played all Yakuza games before going to Japan in 2014 and I can tell you, exploring Kabukicho was one of the most fun and interesting parts of the trip. Every time I go to Japan I make sure to spend a good amount of time just walking around Kabukicho. It's a very fun area, especially at night, and having the connection to it from Yakuza is a huge bonus. |

I'd say the "trickiest" part is to really fry the mushroom duxelle for longer than you'd think it'd have to go. You want it to end up really dry to avoid moisture soaking into the puff pastry which would make it turn into a soggy mess. |

Children and adults limping along the sidewalk carrying a cross that seemed so heavy it looked like it was breaking their backs. A few of them even wore crowns with actual thorns that cut them and made their faces all bloody. At 13 I remember being absolutely horrified. Honestly no one takes catholicism to the extreme degree the people in the Philippines do. |
