Vita likely used the cheapest quality shit too. Newer and better quality OLEDs have much less chance of burn in as long as you don't leave it on the same screen for multiple hours at a time

That said the switch screen will likely fall into the cheaper quality too otherwise it'd be 1400 like my TV >_>
