The funny thing when people bring that up is that wait times in America are really not that great either.

I am ten minutes in and the one thing that strikes me as odd is you can only control the camera with the right stick if you hold down the L button first.

You could also argue that if the companies selling the stores made actual policies against scalping, it would also be resolved. But why would nintendo or the companies that sell them care as long as they make their money?
