i can't see it happening. microsoft makes so much money elsewhere that it doesn't matter if the xbox doesn't sell well. guess the hope would be for them to get out of the console market by partnering with nintendo for a stronger next gen console.

can't see any way nintendo folds any time soon and no way they give their rights away to microsoft to freely use. maybe some lesser properties they'll let them use. fzero or something could be cool to see come back.

this. $60k a year is pretty decent money. not a lot but decent. but if that's gross and getting taxed to hell and deductions then you have closer to half you're living off of. $60k post tax/deductions then that's plenty to live off of.

have to see some gamplay to even get an idea if it might be good or not.

not really. i'll grab stuff from the store and i always make a lot so i'll have leftovers. if it's something easy to eat then i'll bring some for lunch at work for a day or 2.

is the ps store being shuttered soon? i have a ton of great stuff on there but may need to get more

ps3/psp/vita stores are all shutting own in like july? they say you can still redownload games you already bought but won't be able to buy anything new after. guessing after a couple years they'll shut it down completely tho.

is tron bonne super rare/expensive for a physical copy? i'll have to check my ps3 but i think i do own the digital version already. if not i was thinking about purchasing it.

yea nintendo is even worse about it. they had all these classic games on wii and wii u and won't put them on switch unless it's for switch online.

xbox seems like the best at keeping games around. not sure how the digital store works. like if they have the majority of original xbox games available to purchase or not.

i feel like this is promoting piracy. i'm sure there's plenty of digital only games. i know the 3ds has some at least. i'm sure plenty others are by i know there's a company that does print a limited supply of physical games. eventually there's not gonna be a legal way to play these games.

is the switch your only next gen system or do you have ps4/xbone or newer systems? i would just get FFX/X2 on and pretty much any multiplatform game the switch has on a sony/microsoft system instead.

bloodstained is amazing. not sure how the switch version ones but amazing game. made by the guy that made castlevania symphone of the night and most/all the metroidvanias. the curse of the moon games are great as well. like old school 2d castlevanias. i have the first on switch and loved it. haven't bought 2 yet.

jlo is beautiful and has worked hard. definitely worked hard to keep her body. her movies suck but music isn't horrible for pop music.

after restaurants opened back up i got a steak from there cause i haven't had one there in over a decade. it sucked. better than applebees but worse than any steakhouse.

also why are you ordering $200+ steaks if you eat it medium well? loses all the flavor.

really great show. bit hard to follow some of it at times. forget a lot in between seasons. i'm sure it's a good bit easier to follow binge watching it.

probably not. i know they have like 12oz jars that aren't too big. doesn't seem like it would be that hard but maybe in like a half hour if money was on the line.

Falcon. At least the other Avengers have skills and tools that can be of use in infiltration or civilian-heavy situations. Falcon is basically just a bit more versatile than a fighter jet. Which begs the question, why is he even there?

wanted to vote him but really can't think of much of anything hawkeye has done.

do we still need to use spoiler tags for infinity war? if so...black widow sacrificed herself so hawkeye could live. that's more than the others on the list outside of antman. can't think of too much war machine did either so i'd say she'd did more than him too.

delivery? i doordashed five guys. app said it would be like 45 minutes. the restaurant is like 15 mins from me. left like a $5 tip just for a burger and fry. i seen on the app the girl was in a sub for like half hour in between me and the store. then started heading toward my house and then was back in the sub. so it was close to 1.5 hours by time i got it. all cold and had to nuke it. doordashed refunded most of the cost at least.

fast food drivethru i was at hardees. only car in the drivethru. maybe like 1 person inside. so it was pretty dead. but i waited like 10 minutes for them to come take my order. then waited like 30 minutes at the window to get my food and it was cold and they forgot something. never went back since. place was always slow. even inside it would normally take like 10-15 minutes to get my food and it was always slow. only time it ever went fast was the 1 time i went for breakfast and it was like mcdonalds. got up and paid and they gave me my food. in and out in under 2 mins.

agreed. i think it's an interesting take seeing the backstory of cruella. i've only watched the movies as a kid so it's probably been 20+ years. whenever they did the live one.

i see plenty of people that say OoT looks like shit as well as FF7. both great games but look blocky. OoT 3ds looks much better.

FF8 and FF9 both look better than 7 but even those look pretty bad on ps1. the modern ports look a little better but they still definitely could use a remake.

FF7 on PC has some real nice mods to improve it. if they could just release something like that on consoles people would be happy. it's like the cutscene models everywhere instead of legos. pretty ups the backgrounds and stuff as well. so do that at minimum or polish that up even more for a PS5 digital release. didn't they release on on ps4 for like $15 with cheats? throw it into that as a free addon and let you pick between original and updated visuals. won't happen but that's what i wanted in a remake more than what they did.

yea but it's been like 15 years since a good one. the 64 ones are the ones i remember most. the ds one was good from what i remember. GC were good ones too. most after are lacking.

the new one wasn't horrible but not great or worth the $50-60 for it. it's fun for a few times with friends but wish they had free DLC minigame packs for it to give it more variety. then the whole multiplayer mode and the maps all needed to be updated and better.

i'm 33 as well and went back to college but covid happened a couple months after. i can't see me pursuing a 19 year old. i feel like more around 25.

she's a different generation and doesn't know anything you grew up on. like she was born after the ps2 game out. so ps3/360 was probably her first system and that's so weird to think about since a lot of use grew up on snes/64.

i just bought a 1tb hdd to put in my ps3. sony says you can still redownload your games but i'm guessing that's only for a couple years before they fully shut down the store. need to look through my purchase history and make a list of everything i wanna keep and size of them. bought a 5tb external just to store extra ps3 games on if everything i want can't fit.

i don't think i purchased too many back then. majority is ps+ but outside of RE6 i can't remember many of them. know a good bit i'd wanna keep were ones i physically owned. i know i purchased the mass effect trilogy so wanna keep that.

Yes, but only for PS5. If you want to play on PS4 you have to buy it. (At least last I heard.)

They did the same with New n Tasty as well - it was free on PS+ when it first came out too. PS4 only at first, then they added PS3 and Vita to the freebie later (not right away when those versions released).

Also it's not an entirely brand-new game; it's a reimagining of Abe's Exoddus (whereas New n Tasty was more an outright remake of Abe's Oddysee).

yea it's only free on ps5. ps4 and other consoles you have to pay for. that's what gamespot says in their article.

days gone was a lot of fun and definitely worth a playthrough for free. just be sure to save often and keep like 5-10 save files. my game glitched near the end with a sub mission and the environment was all messed up. everything was floated in the air in this one area i had to collect something. tried to reload my game and restart the misson but kept doing it. had to go back and replay the previous mission and then the new mission rendered correctly. i platinumed the game and would have been real annoyed if i had to restart when i was like 30-40 hours into the game.

anyone play zombie army 4 or the other games? watched a trailer and wanna check it out. but looks pretty basic from the trailer i watched. still gonna give it a try.

go ahead and sell it. if you plan to get a ps5 it can play any ps4 and ps4 game you would want to play.

i keep seeing people say they like it but i got it for dinner shortly after it came out and thought it sucked. like their old chicken sandwhich was much better and i didn't even really care for that either. the new one i couldn't even finish.

sounds like TC just got rid of his tree for free. when one of the companies calls you back that you called just get a quote for getting the stump removed and the hole patched up.

it's been downhill for like a decade. he straight up sucks at video games. just look at him playing mario maker. that's one of the few times he's actually legit playing a game. i'm sure most of us could have beat those levels way faster then he could. especially that one with the fire bars he kept wanting to quit on. right away i seen what he had to do but he just couldn't do it. it's not like it's a kaizo level or anything real hard. normal gamer could have beat it in a few tries. he did play back in james and mike mondays and mike was always carrying him through it. james sucked at pretty much every game.

Should I play 2 remake then 4 then 7 and skip? Never played the series. Will it make a big deal storyline wise?

start with 4. it's awkward to start with the controls cause it still has tank control like all the old games. but stick with it and it's a great game. i just replayed it and had lots of fun. just that first hour is annoying to get used to the controls. but it'll be easier to starting with that then to play the more modern games and try to go back.

7 was a lot of fun but i only beat half and quit playing. been meaning to replay that one. i have REmake 2 and never played. probably gonna make that my next one. i was playing RE5 with a friend but it's one of the weaker games in the series.

you really should play the original REmake but it is hard to go back to since it still plays like the ps1 game.

how does it smell? do you need to use it tonight/soon or won't need it till next time you go to the store?

i'd probably just play it safe and toss it.

i've barely ever hear anyone hate it. usually that is just about not liking either the mashed potatoes or mac n cheese. never heard anyone say they don't like the chicken. pretty much everyday at work i see someone get it.
