If I tried to just drop it cold-turkey (while not on zero nic), I ended up back on it very quickly. When I got to zero nicotine, I pretty much stopped having any desire to vape within a week. I will note I worked down to that slowly, in particular, I'd been on 0.5mg for about a month beforehand, and then 1mg for about two months before that.Hm Well I'm glad it worked for you! I got into vaping a few times and it was a disaster every time. First time I had a Kanger starter kit which actually worked well except the tank was small so I bought a bigger tank but then I needed a bigger battery and then it started becoming a mess trying to maintain this stuff so I went back to smoking. I enjoyed it for many years but after a while you're just doing it out of the habit and it doesn't bring any pleasure. Most of the "anxiety" you're relieving after you start smoking comes from the physical craving of the addiction itself. Don't forget to buy upgrades for your mount every day - I think there's a 24 hour cooldown between when you can buy them so it's sort of like a daily thing to do. Likewise you should try to start breaking stuff down for your crafting library because that can become a time consuming process.
