There are states with crappy weather in one season, but make up for it in another like Minnesota and Arizona, buttt there are states that are just god awful crappy year around lol.

5) Tennessee/Kentucky/Missouri- All of these states have similar weather to where it is overall plain **** year around, but these states are saved by people from Michigan, Illinois, and the North that can handle the cold winters in these states

4) Pennsylvania- Pennsylvania can get cold enough to have Game of Throne blizzards and hot enough to have yellow fever outbreaks. Good thing Pittsburgh saves this state from being in the top 3.

3) Oklahoma- There's a reason the Dust Bowl happened in this state

2) Mississippi- The summers here are extremely hot and humid, spring is wet and rainy, Mississippi has a joke of a sports team system so no Fall, and winters here are still brown, cold, and gloomy north of Hattiesburg.

1) Iowa- Iowa is basically northern Illinois and Wisconsin winters with Missouri summers, Michigan springs, and Dakota Falls....I'm sorry

Austin, Houston, Corpus Christi, and Brownsville all are Parallel to Florida, Austin being the southernmost capital city in the continuous 48 states. Amarillo, TX is as far North as TN, so imagine driving from TN to Miami and still being in the same state!

so my friend needs a person to accompany her and is willing to pay my plane ticket and I'm not going to pass this up. My plan is to just say my mom bought me a ticket to spain as a surprise gift and she is already aware that I have travelled internationally solo.

Pros: I don't have class til Tuesday
I haven't been up there since March

Cons: I have an exam Tuesday morning
I could use the money to buy a suit for interviews
It's a twelve hour drive one way, and no I cannot FLY...Id leave Friday at like 11 and have to get a hotel, then leave Monday morning
I'm also exhausted and could use the extra time to rest and catch up with stuff

BC had spots that were literally hotter then Arizonas peak for this summer. And unlike AZ not all of our houses/apartments come with swimming pools and AC units.

Zetsu mentions the sickness and prolonging his life with drugs thing iirc. And it's established in Naruto that using too much chakra is dangerous health-wise. Remember, Sasuke passed out after the fight and would have died too if not rescued and he didn't even have anime AIDS. He just used up way too much chakra. The same thing happened to Kakashi when he fought Pain. He literally died from using too much chakra.

I havent gotten that far yet, but thanks for explaining instead of assuming I just watched the fight lol. The guy seemed normal til the fight and was randomly coughing up blood.

What I described is nothing Kardashian-esque. What I described applied to a large percentage of americans. 95% of americans had a radio by 1950. 20% of american's had a TV to start 1950, 90% had a TV to end 1959.

65% of kids grew up in a breadwinner / homemaker household.

i can't find the stats on % of families that get a news paper, but average household got more than 1 news paper per day back then.

If you were a middle class family you had a TV (at some point) and a radio. Reading and comic books. Movies were cheap. School had minimal homework so you could easily get a job delivering papers, which you can count on nearly everyone in your neighborhood having read.

As a kid you got high quality toys made of metal, but much fewer of them than kids today. but if you've actually spent time around kids, you'll realize that's fine, they can have fun with a cardboard box.

Board games of course existed back then. Lots of army / military related playing / toys. Army men, cap guns, toy guns, etc. Being a kid in the 1950s probably was the best time ever. Well, if you were white in America.

This is like looking back in our era from like 2100 and thinking everyone lived liked the Kardashians. In reality living in the 50s was more like Jennies life in Forest Gump. Your dad was probably a PSTD abusive alcoholic, idk if I have go in to the human rights aspect, you would potentially be drafted in to the worst war an infantry soldier could ever fight in(Vietnam), and there's a reason a lot of these kids ended up becoming serial killers in the 70s.

I know, I was pointing out that it would be impossible to be comfortable inside without ac if it was humid.

It's not dismissing to point out that a dry heat is more comfortable then when it's so humid that your sweat cannot cool you down.
