I grew up around these things and while I take out the occasional small spider with my hand and toss it outside I have never got used to these things.

I remember trying to vacuum one that was above my bed, it wouldnt budge ._.

Also remember camping one year, my brother chased one out of a tent and it ran faster than he did

And one other time there was one in my mum's car, it dropped into her lap, she immediately stopped the car in traffic and ran out crying

Spent countless overnight hours chatting it up until my dad had to take the PC away.. then it was off to a net cafe in the city once a week where I could chat til about midnight when the last train would roll by

It's like being jobless is inconsequential.. you cant get on unemployment if you quit your job and surely these people need money for housing, food and bills.

They dont seem like the type to have another job set up before they quit so what happens to them?

It almost seems like everyone is aware of a scheme that someone or something will take care of them while they're unemployed

2001 - First car was an 85 Civic, it would probably still be working if I didnt have to give it away
2005 - 02 Pontiac sunfire for about 13 years, it died going over a speed bump
2018 - 02 Ford Escape (low miles) couldn't even give me 3 years
Currently driving an older Honda CRV with something under the hood getting louder and more shakey with every idle, but so far so good

This PC game played like Street Fighter where you could choose to play as one of eight female anime characters.

Your character would fight against one of the other 7 and move on until they were all beaten.

... anyway, when you won a round you were rewarded with a picture of your opponent in a very compromising position.

I had an immediate boner to the pink haired cat girl, so much so I asked my computer knowledgeable friends if they knew how to take a screen shot of her losing .. and if I could print it out.

During the start of the pandemic he was doing ok, it was all new ground as no previous governor had to deal with a thing like this and most of us appreciated the daily updates.

Then rules got more restrictive and changed constantly, small businesses were forced to shut while big ones remained open, there was a legal battle with the churches he ended up losing, he let out thousands of prison inmates (the list goes on) and then equity and all that crap played a part when the vaccine rolled out.. under his roll out plan prisoners and the homeless were eligible to get the shot before myself and a lot of other essential workers

When the recall effort began he didnt take it seriously, calling it a movement by anti-vaxxers, Q-Anon conspiracy theorists, Trump supporters, the Proud Boys etc then the number of signatures got to where it was needed and he immediately began changing his tone by loosing restrictions (Disneyland among other theme parks were waiting months for him to say something) sending out stimulus (not publicly saying illegal aliens would also receive payments) and basically kissing butt all round to keep his job even with other issues not related to covid (ie - wild fire prevention that then President Trump suggested and was mocked by saying so)

He's already gone to Nancy Pelosi (his family related aunt) asking for help who in turn pleaded with other Dems who were thinking about running for governor not to do so and just last week got a huge multimillion dollar donation from Netflix (probably wont be the last major company to offer support)

I'd like to see the clown go, but this is California and it wouldn't look good for the Democrat run country if word got out that the biggest blue state just lost its governor, but we'll see what happens

Andrew Cuomo is an entirely different piece of **** that also needs to go but some how manages to keep his job, the Left pushed so hard on sexual allegations against Brett Cavanaugh (remember the riot? neither does the Left) and Trump but when it's one of their own is water under the bridge
