Also had that movie monster vibe going for him in his introduction scene. Really loved that aspect of Cell he was on a mission and the horror movie vibe was insanely awesome. Cell was so different from Frieza in that he was developing before our eyes and he wasnt holding back he was literally becoming more and more powerful before us to the point that his power was so high it filled him with immense confidence.
