That sucked. It was annoying too because it didn't happen to everyone. The neighborhoods around us had at least electricity because their lights were on. Heh and we saw this woman running yesterday, in her track suit, like nothing was happening. Told my wife I wanted to smack that bitch in the face because it was like she was rubbing it in our faces. She probably went back home and took a nice hot shower, then had some nice hot coffee, then turned on the heat and watched some T.V. Must be nice.

Made so many fires over the last 3 days and been taking sponge baths. It's nice to have water and electric again, I feel like a person again.

Also, it's annoying to see the news trying to make money off of this. They are sitting there in their little heated offices with their make up on and hair done nicely while we were struggling to stay warm. It was nobody's business except the people of Texas who were actually going through it. Unless they were willing to donate food, water, or generators, there's no need to have it on the news for the world to see. I see them and rich people differently now.
