If you're counting the no-calls against his foul count it's only fair to take away the phantom calls he got earlier so it probabaly ends up at about 6 anyway!

That 100% is probably while the refs ate their whistles at the end there because those were to of the most obvious fouls and they just sort of shrugged and let him play. Well maybe no 100% but you could tell the were scared to foul him out.

Refs were unspeakably bad one way, and bad the other. The refs sucked, Im not blaming them, Im blaming Monty for never taking them to task or challenging their terrible calls.

I dunno Im not even placing the blame on Monty as much as I am CP. That had to be his worst game of the entire season. I mean hes almost definitely hurt so I get it but if he plays even an average game I feel like Suns win by 10.

Don't think it would pass muster for reconciliation - remember that still has to be budget issues. Biden may not be enthused about it but the problem area would be the GOP and maybe a handful of moderate Dems with antiquated views. And since Biden isn't enthused it would be harder to wrangle any stray Dem votes on it by having him working them.

Still would expect GOP to kill it though.

Yeah you could maybe argue taxing it would increase revenue but thats a stretch and I dont think theyd allow it. Of course you could just replace the parliamentarian until you find one that agrees with you I guess.
