There may be other lifestyle factors at play but one theory is your body still reacts as if its regular soda(insulin response) only there is nothing for your body to do since there is no sugar.Look more into those studies, and you'll find out it isn't the soda itself that gives you diabetes, but they act as some addictive that make you crave junk food, which is just bogus. It's all bs. And that whole thing about your body expecting sugar, but when there's no sugar it triggers some insulin response that will make you diabetic down the line is also bullshit. Drink diet soda. It's fine. You can drink one or two can a day. It's not like you're drinking 10 gallons a day. --- |
