I had no idea tickets got that expensive in other parts of the US. No wonder Disney+ gets away with charging $30 for Black Widow and their other premier movies. For me, that's a ridiculous price, but for so many others, is practically the price of a ticket, oof.

Anyway, I generally try to go to matinees so like $7.50 or so? On the rare occasion I do go at night, it's $12 at most.

Motion controls are better on the Switch but only because it's easier to recalibrate. I tried button controls for a bit and there's massive delay on swings from the stick it's either my pro controller being ass or it's how the game was developed. You can use gyro aiming with the controller even with button/stick controls so you never have to use stick aiming ever.

That said, as someone who never used the joycons ever the battery life on those things are so bad. I going back and forth between control schemes just so my joycons can charge.

Really? I've played for about 7 hours so far without needing to charge with my og joy-con.

So I must admit I concede. I went and looked at Wikipedia and they did seem to be on an incline leading up to Space Jam. With a lot of new spin off shows and specifically when they aired on Nickelodeon, which I don't remember ever happening lol.

Well there are also plenty of new versions of Looney Tunes for modern audiences, but I still don't think people would consider them very relevant today. So it still seems like a pretty similar situation to me.

I guess you could have gotten the idea that they took them out because of TP HD? But that was a pretty different scenario since they were pure garbage waggle. And they used the GC version as the base for the HD port.

That not a very good way to defend bad movies. Kids are stupid and will love anything, but that doesn't mean we should just give terrible kids movies a pass. It's not impossible to make good movies for kids; let's make that the standard so parents don't have to watch something this bad at least once a day for a month.

Also, kids aren't going to look back on this like 90's kids look back on the original. Lebron isn't as big as Jordan was, and neither are the Looney Tunes. It'll just be another forgettable kids movie.

OK then tell everybody to shut up about the original since it's even worse than the new one. Also the original brought the Looney Tunes back. They were irrelevant back when it came out too.

I just somewhat recently got into Jojo. I'm in part 5(I think?) with Giorno. So my question, do stands ever get any further explanation as to their origin or anything at all really? I knew about them going into it, so I was surprised when the first 2 seasons didn't have any but instead Hamon, which I thought was actually pretty cool and well explained. But then they get to season 3, and all of a sudden everybody and their dog(literally) has a stand and there's just no real explanation or world building around them at all. I kept waiting, got through another season and nothing. So I'm just doubting it at this point.

The problem is half the roster is only "why" because everybody has different wants and anybody that isn't one of those wants becomes a "why." That's why there's no real choices that wouldn't disappoint "the internet," because people are always going to be disappointed if they don't get exactly who they want.

It could have literally been Sora, Master Chief, Crash, Dante, Goku, whoever else are the popular choices and people'd still complain if they didn't get their Geno or their KOSMOS or their Shantae or whoever they personally wanted, and as we know complainers are obviously the loudest and so it'd still give the impression of "the internet is disappointed."

All of this.

There is no right answer, people are gonna be upset no matter what.
