It would be something so devastating that even corrupt politicians would perhaps think of the good of humanity rather than their own self interests. Covid was neither of those things. Statistically, Covid is a beefed up flu. It's not catastrophic enough to cut through the bs. You don't get a virus with a near 100% survival rate and expect it to unite the country. The amount of content it had in comparison was huge. My brother and I spent countless hours playing co-op story mode collecting all of those freaking silver coins and trying to unlock all the secrets. The music is vastly superior and the battle modes had more variety than Mario Kart. Mario Kart was one of those racing games where I was like "oh...I guess I can play an inferior racing game". It wasn't until I learned how to snake in Mario Kart DS that I actually got engaged in a Mario Kart game. But I'd still say Diddy Kong Racing is better than Mario Kart Wii and Mario Kart 8. --- Perfect_Edge |
