I'm just talking in general. I had an argument with a buddy who vehemently refutes the idea that you can make a character with any power in HxH. You want unbreakable chains? You can make it. You want to become a nuke? Nothing stopping you. You can come up with any idea, just toss in a couple "draw backs" to make it balanced and say that the character has an affinity for it and you're good to go.
