People who own step trackers (especially back in 2003, like that first study you posted) are likely walking a lot more than the average person. From my experience, I'd estimate it's closer to 2,000 - 3,000, possibly even less than that. Also, 10,000 steps is a bullshit, completely made-up number. --- Sign here. |
