Im not sure exactly how the sydney outbreak started, but it was probably a quarantine breach of some kind. The Sydney premier is against lockdowns, so she avoided it until it was too late. Now there are hundreds of new cases and it has spread to Victoria and South Australia. Thankfully the premiers there know the importance of lockdown. Without a vaccinated population, lockdowns are the only way to stop it. I just got a call from the ranger who was investigating the attack. The attacking dog also got the second dog on the property to escape. They went missing for a few days. Today they were found very unwell and were taken to the vet. They had been poisoned and had to be put down. Sad, but hopefully the owner will learn their lesson for not securing them well enough. --- Fact: Nintendo is the best, there is no point denying it. |

Thankfully its not really bad, but I did go to the hospital and get a tetanus shot and some antibiotics. The dog has been annoying me for a while. It would put its head through the fence, so I have been keeping my distance. I guess today it was extra determined to bite me, so it did.
