That is seriously depressing. its also rather misleading because savings accounts havent been worth using for a long time (since around 2008). The federal reserve interest rates have basically been close to 0 since then so even the best savings accounts today pay like 0.5% so any significant amount of money is better off in a brokerage or retirement account invested in stonks or crypto. For example, my only savings account has only 2k in it (opened it in 2005) but I never bother putting anything in or taking it out (basically an emergency fund reserved for a bad enough situation that I would have to tap into it) --- Posted from my iPhone 8 |

You have to pay for PMI anything less than 20% but it wasnt much for me in that 10-20% range and the appreciation of the home quickly pulled my equity above 20% and allowed me to take it off. --- Posted from my iPhone 8 |

Typically you have to push the hinge pins out of your glovebox, take it off, then pull out the cabin air filter. Sometimes you might need pliers or such if the filter is tight but since youre replacing it, you dont really worry about tearing it. The engine air filter might be a little more work depending on your vehicle but most of the time it shouldnt need anything more than a screwdriver to open the housing. But yeah, the reusable filters still have to be removed, cleaned, and sprayed with filter oil at regular intervals. If you put too much oil, it can seep through and spatter the inside of the air intake tube and possibly get on your airflow sensor, causing problems with the engine operation due to bad readings. --- Posted from my iPhone 8 |

If youre getting significantly less youre usually either having problems with your cable wiring that needs to be fixed or you have a bottleneck with your equipment (slow router being the most frequent issue).
