The loose-end ending on the beach with Asuka was confusing but other than that it was every bit as brilliant as the series: huge in scope and pitch black themes. Catches you off-guard several times and leaves a lasting impression.

Former flight attendant here. Unruly passengers refusing to follow the rules in the cabin is unfortunately more frequent these days (alcohol intoxication excluded)
and with a few unique exceptions, such as the remarkable UE Flight 3411 situation, it never works in their favor.

Its really simple, just follow the rules and there will be no problem. Unless of course theres a technical problem. Or bad weather. Or sudden health issues. Or an onboard fire situation. But apart from that, youll most likely go from A to B.
Oh yeah bird strikes can happen too but its rare like most of the above mentioned scenarios. Flying is safe.

Start a scene like these teens however, and youll receive warnings. Failure to comply on the ground leads to certain disembarkation with or without airport security.
In the air with a situation like this, the responsible captain will contact the nearest ATC-tower, order police escort on the ground and land on the closest airport where the unruly passengers, hopefully less obnoxious and more humbled at this point, will have to book a new flight to their destination.
Its not worth it.

The flying activist got caught in some camera cables while descending into the football arena and almost crashed right into the audience. One technician was lightly injured. The activist was immediately taken away by security.

He was probably well aware of the high security on the floor level, so he decided to literally fly in instead. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured.

Metroid Dread looks less impressive than the first Metroid Prime released almost 20 years ago on the GameCube.
Well see, maybe its really fun and stays true to the Metroid formula with the thick atmosphere and otherworldly environments, unique soundtrack, epic bosses and lots of exploration. Technically however, it does indeed look like a mobile game and aesthetically it looks like Overwatch.
Hopefully Metroid Prime 4 will be the next real graphical step unless Nintendo has already decided to consign yet another franchise to the cartoon bin.

Great! Never forget, youre already good for trying to get started despite feeling low because thats a (sometimes overwhelming-) challenge in itself that I dont think many people understand.

Another challenge is to be patient (yes I know enduring can be very tough) and not yearn for- or expect quick results. When your cardio gets better, and it will, and you jog regularly 3 times a week or more, youll slowly feel better and better.

Again dont push yourself too hard in the beginning, rest at least 48h between running sessions, regular walks are fine and much better than lying still in the same room throughout the whole day (not good) for instance.

Trying different jogging routes also help to give your mind a positive impression because different environments can keep your mind less focused on negative thoughts that are hard to control.

Dont stress with the training and dont except quick results. Try to be patient, keep jogging and you will eventually feel better.

I want to get back into jogging like I did from like 19 - 23 because I want that endorphin rush; I used to be a pothead and THC was my happy juice but for a variety of reasons I can't really be smoking nowadays, so I desperately need a replacement of 'happy feelings'

Believe me, you will get that endorphin rush/runners high but be patient because it doesnt just kick in with a noticeable effect after a few jogs.
Start off easy 2 times a week, dont push yourself too hard in the beginning, and listen to your body.
I remember the mental hurdle of even putting on running shoes, let alone thinking about it. But once you keep going, itll slowly get easier and youll feel a lot better.
Now I strictly jog 10km (6.21 mi) at a minimum every time I get out for a run and always the same amazing feeling afterwards

The hardest part getting started/returning to cardio training, sometimes only putting on your running shoes, but once youve done a couple of jogging sessions itll slowly get easier and feel better.

What can help with discipline and motivation in the beginning is to write down the days you plan to jog in your phone/almanac, in advance.

Just start off easy, 2 times a week then 3 times, thats sufficient. It doesnt matter how slow you jog and the distance you run as long as you increase your pulse a bit.

What did you think of Covenant? I was disappointed they didnt do a Prometheus 2 originally.

I was hoping that Covenant would do some Prometheus script damage control by fleshing out aspects like what the goo was all about, who the engineers were, what exactly happened to Shaw and why (instead of that quick scene effectively ruining her character arc) and what Davids intentions were.
It doesnt have to be straight up explained but at least give away a hint to a more coherent direction.
Instead it was one loose end after another, completely unnecessary scenes that dragged out for way to long (semi-erotic android flute lesson)
and a half-hearted attempt to cater to Alien fans with the final act.
The films are visually striking but in terms of storytelling theres no effective ambiguity (Alien) and no payoff that follows. Just zilch.
Anyways just my two cents.

Well its hardly a masterpiece by any stretch of the imagination, but it builds up tension really well, has some surprisingly impressive visuals, great actors, likeable characters and creepy soundtrack. Kind of loses its plot in the second half but overall entertaining nonetheless.
Id definitely recommend it to people who enjoy good bad sci-fi horror films.

Didnt this version include the banned or lost extended clip of the possessed crew doing naughty stuff?
Anyways you got your hands on a very rare version, I think this edition was released in 2006 if Im not mistaken. Underrated and way better than Prometheus, Alien Covenant, and all identity/emotional sci-fi crap released nowadays.
