Honestly, the idea of Jack just being some dude who got lost on his way to the convenience store bringing his unending hatred of chaos with him is getting more appealing to me.
Topicdoes anyone else think it's bizzare just how many celebrities avoided 9/11?

Well remember Mark Wahlberg said he would have prevented 9/11 had he been on the plane.

Did you....did you just ignore the posts where I mentioned the recent murders? Entombing an enemy alive? Burning people to death and the having sex beside their corpses? Snapping the Jokers neck? Intentionally trapping the Joker in a collapsing cave in the hopes of killing him? Also, this topic isnt Do people think there is a comic where Batman kills people?, and the post that started this conversation was about Batman killing people not if people thought Batman killed, so the way people view Batman is entirely irrelevant to the conversation.

You used it to talk in general about Batman's no kill rule, which he didn't have in his first few years. Again, that was a different continuity so going "oh Batman kills all the time" and then posting a link to stories before an earlier continuity Batman before he had a no kill rule is cheating.

It's using Flashpoint Batman when someone asks if Batman used guns in the comics (and there are actual examples of that in his regular comics)

I don't think alternate continuity things where Batman doesn't have a no kill rule should count towards the prompt.

If someone asks "has Spider-Man ever killed anyone?" you should post something like the Spider-Man vs Wolverine comic where he does or y'know something like Gwen Stacy if you wanted to and not Spider-man with guns from a 'What if' comic

Somebody posted the garbage compactor one, that counts there are incidents of goons getting killed as a result of fights, even stuff like KGBeast where he traps him underground even if he doesn't die I can see using.

I mean, you keep saying that but then keep ignoring all the people he killed within the first few years of his existence.

Not just one, and not just once. And hes kept killing people in almost every decade hes been out. Yes didnt kill for two decades but thats irrelevant; that started around five years and 7 dead bodies after he came out and this isnt about whether Batman kills all the time, its about if he kills, period. Batmans rule about killing is about as accurate as my rule about day drinking.

That's a completely different continuity than people know, saying Alfred is a fat bumbling detective and using 40's appearances while shouting down people saying Alfred is a father figure butler to Bruce Wayne doesn't make them wrong.

On a related note, the current Daredevil comic is dealing with this exact situation where a tired injured Matt Murdock accidentally kills a goon during a fight and the subsequent fallout from it.
