Seth has no issue with Disney as they don't own Fox News or Fox Broadcast Network. And Disney basically has removed all of the Fox labeling from their acquisition. 20th Century Fox Television, Family Guy's production company was renamed to 20th Century Television after the acquisition.

Seth's issue is with the still Murdoch owned Fox Broadcast and Fox News channels, which they have no control over. Fox renewed its licensing of Family Guy through the 22-23 season. Which means that Disney cannot pull FG off of the channel before then without breaching the contract and owing Fox money, which they probably won't do just because Seth wants it.

I mean if things don't get better by December. Plus it still looks like they are waiting and seeing as they haven't booked any guests. Normally four months away everyone but the biggest guests tend to be booked and the theme is already set.
