A majority of the places I went had it lightly breaded. Just enough to be crispy. Steamed lobster is just as good, but this restaurant called Linwoods near my house had Lobster Tempura. I decided to try it and it was great. Theres also another restaurant in my city called Oceanaire. They have chicken fried lobster...it is so good! --- SFV:Vega (Main), Necalli 3S: Ibuki and Yang.
