So capitalism doesn't work when there's regulations because that kills competition. And capitalism doesn't work without regulation because then we get that Upton Sinclair, child labor situation. It's almost like it just doesn't work.

Define doesnt work because pure capitalism (as in absolutely 0 forms of government regulation and involvement) has never been attempted. There is not a single country where everything is completely privatized.

Because if there aren't regulations in place by a (powerful) government then industry leaders will engage in non-compete agreements with each other that lead to industry stagnation and exploitation of the populace, all in the name of high score chasing in the form of the country's currency.

Those regulations actually help the big businesses. They create more barriers for entry thus weeding out small businesses which in return creates fewer competition and creates a monopoly in the process.

It works both ways.

Well to be fair, after I knocked him down I started twisting his ankle and wasnt letting him go. One of the people who worked there saw me and had to physically remove my hands off him.

Yes. I told some teachers. They didnt do shit so I assaulted this one guy that was doing it to me and I got suspended for a week.
