Yuri from the Shadow Hearts game. For 90% of the game you can change form to exploit enemy weaknesses or buff your strengths against them. That last 10% when you unlock your final fusion is basically an I win button.

Two out of the three best weapons in the DLC, and really easy to get on a new character. Church Pick is the other good one, but that one is a little harder to get.

Gonna take the rest of the night off and chill. Feels like beyond the DLC I am super close to the end.

Just be warned. After the final boss, you immediately enter NG+, so you'll want to do the DLC before that.

I don't recall it ever being said in the game, but I remember the trailers using a line like "You either hang onto your morals and die, or do whatever it takes to survive".

From what I've read about it, it is much harder to completely break the game now, so getting the basic clear marks could be a lot harder, especially in hard mode. I don't think the d20 trick works in Greed more anymore.

If you want to unlock all the achievements, I think it would easier to work on it now. Less items to collect overall, and free shop items (double steam sale) still works.

On the other hand, you won't have the issue a lot of Isaac streamers seemed to have after release. They got so used to have a godlike run, losing that made them sound like little bitches and to learn how to play again. You'll the learn the game as it currently stands, and from what I can tell, yes, it is harder to get completely OP, but also easier to avoid a total trash run due to them buffing some old lackluster items.

FFVIII is a unique experience. Kinda weird how obtuse the system is. I'm understanding it a bit more now. Only now have figured out it's best to train GL's into learning the abilities to alter items into magic asap. Done a couple now. Then from there I guess I then choose to open up more stats to junction and before I know it I'm OP

Yeah, turn enemies into cards to avoid gaining XP. Refine cards into magic. Refine magic into stronger magic. Junction strong magic to HP but don't heal. Now your character is in crisis mode with "only" 800 hp, while the other characters are 800 HP max. Keep skipping turn until you have the option to limit break. Win the game.

I found it more important for what traits weapons have on them when it comes on deciding what to use. Or does it have a lot of blank slots so I can customize it to my liking. Most games, I tend to set it and forget it when it comes to weapons/armors. This one I would keep a few options around depending on the area I was in and what I was trying to do.

Yes, I know there could be legitimate medical reasons for them being tough to wear. Which is why many businesses began offering curbside pick-up, so there was no need to enter the store and wear one. Instead, we get people screaming and yelling, showing quite the lung capacity, while at the same time saying a mask took their oxygen.

How would some of you people have survived playing games in the dark ages. We used to have to walk up-hill both ways to buy the newest gaming magazine that had a map for the game. Or even more basic, draw our own. Trying to navigate Metroid or Castlevania 2 was rough, but you learned the game and map by playing.

About 2 years ago, I was too honest in my applications to places like Walgreens and Kohl's, basically answering that I wasn't going to put up with customer's obvious bullshit. Big surprise, but I was quickly informed that they would be passing on my application.

Now, I get like 2 e-mails a week from them, saying they have reviewed my applications and would like to set up an interview if I am still interested. I guess they were somewhat truthful when they promised to keep my information on file is anything opens up in the future.

For those who hate Subway, what was your stance on Quizno's?

Don't hate Subway, but I always felt Quizno's was over-priced for the product. Haven't had Blimpie's since the mid 90's so can't say much. Firehouse subs were nothing special to me, but that too has been about 20 years.

Jimmy John's is something else for me though. Not a white bread guy, but something about theirs is really tasty. I would always get the $10 gargantuan with no regrets.

I've only played the Dracula X version on the snes. Is it really that much different between the two? Getting the various routes/secrets in the game at times requires no dying or subweapons, since you need to carry the key from one level to the next. All it took was practice, the true secret of video games.

I thought the rich guy was the Shadow Broker, but I could be mis-remembering. But yes, there was a huge sequel bait involving Ryder's family at the very end of the game. You also have the whole Quarian Ark that never got made into the dlc.

Huge difference though. Michael Bay thinks critics of his movies are idiots and don't understand the nuances of what he is trying to achieve. Because, as you know, giant fighting robots is symbolic of blah, blah, blah.

F&F revels in being mindless action. The director knows it, the writer knows it, the actors know it, and the audience knows it. It is a big joke that everybody is in on. Everybody owns it and nobody pretends it is more than a crazy action movie that keeps trying to outdo itself. That makes it fun all the way around.

But honestly, it is the only resolution that makes sense to me. Shepard goes to the citadel and nothing happens. Liara plants the beacon, but does recall the Andromeda initiative from a few years earlier. This game could be about gathering resources and building their own transport to Andromeda while in constant war with the reapers. The idea is for them to try and escape unnoticed to a new galaxy, to pass along information to the new group for future use. However, I'm not clear whether the reapers went to other galaxies or not when ending a cycle.

Ugh, I hated this one, which is weird considering I loved the Talisman. From what I recall, there seemed to be too much effort trying to shove the mythology of the dark tower series into it.
