Once you figure out how to budget for bills and put something aside for fixes and improvements, it gets better. As to the HEAP program I mentioned before, it could really save a ton of money if you qualify. I have a household of five and Im the only one working. My income just comes under a set limit for benefits. Over the past five years the state has paid for the majority of oil bills, blown in insulation and a new boiler. This will be the last year Ill qualify though since Im heading for a promotion and the wife is planning on going back to work. --- Nobody is perfect. Well, one guy was but we killed him. |
