Laptop it actually makes sense. Webcam is used for many things. It is also not free.

But smart tvs did have actual hidden cameras inside of them for awhile.

With work even if you don't do shit all day you still get money. With online hustles you need to be constantly researching, following market trends, working all the time to get anywhere. It can turn the thing you love into something you hate. For example, when Valorant came out pretty much every Twitch streamer had to switch to playing that to compete. There is no way I could force myself to play something I didn't enjoy just for more channel exposure. Id rather keep doing what I love my own way and do enough to get by at work to supplement that.
