People don't realize the amazing health benefits of eating raw garlic which I myself do. Not every single day but I do a lot. Especially if I feel the slightest like a cold might be coming on. I've eaten more raw garlic and onions since the virus hit than I ever had in my entire life and I love it. It really will help keep you healthy.
