Next month I will be taking a week long course about Red Hat Linux. Linux suck shit. Even with the latest UI they have with it, you still use a ton of commands within the system to use it effectively. Wished we live with a Star Trek interface already.

So last night I went to go pick my girlfriend from work. I got there about 10 minutes late and she was super mad she had to wait for me. I told her to chill, sometimes when I come to pick her up I had to wait on her ass to come out so it's alright if she waits a few minutes for me sometimes.

She says it's different, her waiting on me is harder than me waiting on her. Who is in the right? Shall I just suck it up and apologize?

I LOVE The Prestige but I have one small critique.

IMO, I felt the movie didn't do a good job of saying both Bale and Jackman were both wrong. I didn't like how they initially tried to make Wolverine look like the good guy and then towards the end they made Batman the victim good guy instead. Hated that. If they were aiming to make it that both of them were dickhead bad guys then they should of just stuck with that from beginning.

They spent too much time establishing that Bale was a prick to then pulled a 180 at the very end and act like he's the victim. He was overall the more antagonistic of the two. Jackman's character came off more relatable, modest, humbling and more open minded thus giving the impression that he's the good guy. When Jackman did bad things towards Bale, you understood it as revenge for Bale killing his wife so you didn't think Jackman was a bad guy. He was just getting revenge. It doesn't help that Michael Cane's character was initially on Jackman's side even helping him take extreme measures to help Jackman win, and then Cane's character does a 180 and is all like "OMG Wolverine you are wrong, Batman is the good guy here!". They should of just made them look like bad guys equally from the start. That's just my opinion. Still a great movie.

I was also debating with people on CE in the past about the death of Jackman's wife. They were tryna tell me it was mostly an accident, tryna say Bale was blameless. I got kinda triggered by this because it was absolutely mostly Bale's fault she died. Everyone mainly disagreed on Bale's method of untying the rope while in the water because it was too dangerous and everyone was unfamiliar with it but the idiot tried it anyway during a live fucking show and that's what caused the death of Jackman's wife.

The poster always acts like the hero who overcomes all the issues from our harsh reality while also acting like the victim from the relationship and then incredibly villainizes their spouse to be some abusive bum fucking loser. I only wish I could be told the other side of the story.

Tons of workers get hired and then axed for being incompetent. When will the company say "WOW, our hiring managers are really bad at filtering these workers. Maybe we need to get better hiring managers?". Hiring managers keep taking in dumbasses into the company are rarely ever punished.

I mean I realize that hiring people isn't as easy as it seems but come on, you should have a good judge of character in the people you bring in.

There's nothing stopping a stay-at-home parent from going out and socializing. It seems a little extreme to pretend like you can't leave your house just because you don't have a job.

Sir, being a stay at home parent is a job. That kind of disrespect these parents get makes them feel even more invalid.

The general points is that it is mentally draining and it feels like a prison being a stay at home parent. The struggle feels invalidated so it makes the parent wanna throw in the towel.

It makes them miss that they were once a social functioning human being that worked, however since it's cheaper to be a stay at home parent while the spouse works, they decide to do that instead.

This sort of prison makes oneself lose their identity because you sacrifice so much to be a parent. You might have kids but the isolation and loneliness tears you apart.

Apparently being a stay at home parent isn't as free as you think it is.
