I liked it at first but it got annoying. The only good parts are the first few death games. Everything else is.... Stupid.

But it really depends on what you like.
Weird scenarios? Yea its there.
Plot twists? Yea its there, kinda. Not even much of a twist as it is a shift to and fro.
Good acting? Bad guys good actors, good guys bad actors.
Good story? Decent story with bad storytelling imo.
Shocking reveal? Somewhat, but not really mind-blowing.
Heart wrenching drama and sadness? Tries but fails.
Death scenes? Pretty good.
Nudes? One or two quick nipples.
Heroism? Nah
Good guys win in the end? Well... Dont think so.

This is heavy man, the fact alone that you want to foster the kids instead of letting them going into the system is commendable. If you go that route, him and her will both be directly in your lives going forward depending on visitation and whatnot.

I'd talk to a lawyer, explain the situation and seek guidance from them.

The best thing you could do for yourself is hire a good lawyer to help you apply for custody of the children. If you have the means you can hire him a defense lawyer for his charges, but think about the situation. His outcome is, unfortunately, out of your control.

Thanks, I'm not going to try to defend him by any means, just curious to what exactly he is facing. He burned my dad pretty bad last time he screwed up, I'm not going to risk that, but i would gladly help the kids if possible.

Okay so I'm kindve in shock and dont know if I actually know the whole story or not. Can you all please enlighten me on a few things.

Havent spoken to my brother in like 10 years or more. He was(probably still is) heavy into all the hard drugs. He's already a felon for something, pretty sure it was giving drugs to inmates when he worked at a prison.

Now, here recently my has apparently had some woman staying with him and his wife and his kids, this woman in particular has a few kids of her own. Idk what happened, but some time today the girls left and my brother was home with all the kids babysitting.

Idk if he got high on something, but his story is that he fell asleep while holding the woman's baby (infant) and dropped the baby, now that baby is dead. My brother has a history of lying his ass off while in trouble. my mom said he could be facing murder charges, and his own kids are currently in foster care.

WTF. Please someone tell me what I have to do to become a foster parent for those kids, and what is my brother currently facing, provided he is telling the truth and didnt shake the baby to death out of frustration or something?

It could matter, thought i didn't read enough into it. Say if that old guy is an antivaxxer as well, then he is already in a position where he can infect others. And if he is just going to go home and quarantine himself, presumably a different house than where his son lives, then its his every right to do just that and it would be better for the other patients.

Obviously I'm not advocating a covid stricken man be free to go out in public. But just as much so I wouldnt advocate anyone be held against their will in any place that isnt lawful imprisonment.
