I would not want to be the size of that dog and kicked that hard and that viciously over being pepper sprayed. The weight difference between the cop and the dog would be like beaten down by a 300-400 pound man.

Well that dog can rip a full grown man into shreds. I'd say it's about 70-80 pounds, while that man is about 190 or so.

The point is some kinda lifetime original movie idealism. Think of the logistics. If I were to bring my grandma back... her house is gone, my grandpa is gone, her friends have gone, the world has advanced 13 years without her.

I'd be bringing her back just to essentially be my pet, with no autonomy or income of her own, to exist for my sake for an entire year.

Sounds like a lousy thing to do to somebody who is already at peace.

Dude, if the matter is settled, then you choose the money, the latter choice are for people who had big regrets with the loved one that passed away. And it's their choice. If you don't have that, or don't need that, then just choose the money.

In our neighborhood we had a mastiff running around terrifying the neighborhood, killed one of the neighbors cats. A sheriff we respected came over to handle the situation. The mastiff charged him and he pepper sprayed the mastiff. He didn't shoot it, he didn't kick it, he didn't kill it, and it handled the situation. After that the dog became far more manageable and the owner was held responsible for the dog's action. This was a huge dog too.

I have never been pepper sprayed, but from what I've seen on how people reacted from it, I think they would have preferred being kicked instead.

No. It's a way to not only torture yourself, but also bring back someone you love just to tell them they're going to die again in a short amount of time. You're basically bringing a loved one back to life just to kill them. That's torturous to both of you. Speaking as someone who lost a spouse young and untimely, this is a fucking terrible idea.

Well, if you had any regrets with someone that has never been resolved, taken away via disease, or crime, or what not, this will be the perfect opportunity to make up, say sorry, I love you, spend more time with them, say something you always wanted to say to them, and have a real finality, with no guilty conscience, and regret. For some people, that's even worth more than an unlimited amount of money.

Well, apparently there's more to the story. Terre Haute PD tells TMZ neighbors had been calling about this dog and another from this home constantly being on the loose and attacking people, including kids.

Welp.

They also claim the dog's owners have declined to file any further complaint, or to review any other bodycam footage the officers recorded that night.
