It really depends on how it begins and the initial response. If outbreak hotspots pop up all over the world then there's no chance we handle it at all. If it's one isolated area the chances are greater. Then there's all sorts of variables almost too many to count in which it could get out of hand even from one location.

Also look at how people behaved when Covid began, rushing to stores and buying up everything they could, fighting over fucking toilet paper and acting like animals, we'd do that again on a larger scale if zombies were confirmed to be happening thus opening the door for the outbreak to spread like wildfire.

I really enjoyed the friendship of Bashir and Garak. It was like a never ending game. Bashir and O'Brien was always funny as well.

Mostly concerned about the lack of learning basic skills anymore. Learned recently that the school I attended no longer has classes like Home Economics or Woodworking (Wood Shop). I'm like... those are pretty handy skills to have just for life. No wonder younger generations seem so helpless, no one's teaching them basic life skills.

It was pretty bad. I could go real tinfoil hat and ask why the police or secret service didn't put a stop to that nonsense early, it's not like they were trained agents, it was a bunch of grugs acting like fools. Part of me thinks Trump held back on stamping that out because he wanted it to happen and thought it would actually let him keep power. But that's tinfoil territory.

Thinking of starting Pillars of Eternity. Never played it. Turn of the century style Western RPG sounds good to me right now. And I loved Outer Worlds, even though I know the games are very different.

It's pretty good, if you like world building and dialogue along with rich lore you'll feel right at home. There's a lot in Pillars.

If you do play you may see various NPCs with gold plated names, those are kickstarter backer NPCs that all have various short stories attached to them. They aren't special and don't matter in the overall game but I've seen them confuse people so I mentioned it.
