Don't really know how well they translate to each other, but uh the political aspect of Witcher is very weak imo but the adventuring and banter is great.

No because DC hasn't earned it. They keep trying to jump to where Marvel is without doing the work. Also the difference between NWH and that Flash film is the "old" Spideys aren't that old, whereas the audience for Keaton and Nicholson or whatever are like freaking boomers.

I just never get the point of like making a scene and doing extra to humiliate the cheater. Don't get me wrong, cheaters are terrible and you cut that shit out of your life immediately. But it just seems like a waste of energy to do all that, it's not like it's gonna make them uncheat.

I definitely enjoy his other films also, including sucker punch, 300, and Dawn of the Dead, but I can call his shit movies shit (Army of the Dead). He's not perfect, but the guy has a great track record with me, and I feel like its just an internet thing to be trendy and hate him. I dont get it really.

Yeah, I mean I only really like 3 or so films from him and the rest is just whatever to me. But people really get a hate-boner towards the guy and I don't get it either.

Man of Steel is my Superman movie. Sure, it has its flaws, but for the most part, it got the Superman/Clark Kent that I grew up reading about. It sucked that the reception of Man of Steel made WB push him to change the Superman trilogy he had planned to be what it became.

There are quite a few Spanish speakers in my city, but it isn't that much of a challenge as a language.

I mean, I get why lower income people commit crimes. (Heck I knew some kids in highschool that robbed somebody and went to jail for it.) But what I dont get is why all these Asian hate crime stories keep leading back to black people. Its weird and a little suspicious.

Like, the articles go out of their way to mention it was black dudes, and in some cases, even the police bring up their race. Nobody else finds all this suspicious? Its like somebodys orchestrating a narrative of Asian hate among the black community, which couldnt be further from the truth tbh.

Yes, the media is the one pushing the narrative by focusing on these cases to create a racial wedge between minorities. Instead of focusing on the policies that lead to these outcomes, it's easy to create a racial wedge between minorities so people focus their anger on that rather than at those in power who can do something about it.

Income inequality, unemployment, and poverty affects Black and Brown community harder than most which can lead to increase in crimes by these population. The fact that these guys happen to all be Black doesn't mean anything about the whole community. They said they targeted these women based on the mistakenly dumb belief that Asian women don't have bank accounts thinking they were carrying wads of cash on them. These attacks seem more in the vein of crimes of economic opportunity, but in some of those cases they used ethnic slur which makes some of them hate crimes.

Anyways back on topic, Tobey's and Andrew's acting felt very awkward to me. It was nice to see them, but it felt off.

Because even though it's bad, it's not bad enough for them to do anything. They're fine with other people suffering so long as they can remain in their privileged status. They don't want to risk changing their current standing so that other people can be uplifted.

At this point, the fault rests solely on the party failing to garner more support. You cannot fault people for feeling disenfranchised and alienated when the party fails to improve their material conditions.
