It doesnt matter the situation, they believe they are right, and that justifies the behavior/interaction. If you ever actually deep dive into places like /r/antiwork youll see that the philosophy is much the same. These people dont want to work. They only work because they have too. They blame the system that basically criminalizes poverty if you dont have the money to pay for basic needs you go to jail. In many cases merely being alive causes debt that must be paid. Therefore, it is illegal to exist without money, and money can only be gained through work. So then, everyone is forced into slavery to obtain the money necessary to legally exist. Thats basically the way they look at it. Viewing the workplace under that microscope basically creates the following philosophy if I need money in order to legally exist, and I can only obtain money through joining the workforce, then I should be paid a wage that would satisfy the standards necessary for me to obtain legal existence. Yea, that all sounds complicated and convoluted as shit, but in a nutshell they are saying that they are forced to work, and its not a choice. Since they are basically being forced into slavery, then they should be compensated comfortably. As far as what comfortably meansbasically at its core just means that workers can afford all the necessities that if they happened to not be able to afford could actually cause the legality of their existence to come into question. Food, housing, utilities, transportation, clothing, medical, and education for both themselves as well as their dependents. Also, the income necessary to pay taxes, fees, bills and other expenses that they cannot legally opt out of. Its actually kind of hard to argue with such a point. Ill argue that work & careers are different things. One you do because you must, and one you do because you want to. There is too much abelist behavior on this site in general where people don't even try to better their own predicaments. In the past two years it has gotten really bad, where things like suicide is actually romanticized. I can't even come in and state that "suicide is not the answer" without being modded for being offensive or whatever. Tough love is what most of you all need. In any topic about virginity where a non-virgin, or family man tries to give advice he's met with nothing but harassment by a bunch of incels who just want to rot in their own misery. Honestly, a big first step to finding joy in life might be to leave CE. Just stop coming here. You don't have to leave GameFaqs itself, but Current Events is mostly composed of people just waiting and hoping for a meteor to crash into the earth. | STEROLIZER 11/20/21 5:06:02 PM #12 | Yes, and I have. She trained at my gym for many years. I'm apart of the Cesar Gracie fight team in NorCal. The thing w/ Ronda is she's still a woman. She would be rolling w/ 100% effort and me and the other guys would have to dial it down to maybe 25% because of the size and strength disadvantage. This isn't to say Rousey couldn't just go out and fuck up untrained men with armbars. Training typically beats no training when it comes to grappling -- because if you don't know how to defend an armbar then you wont.
