14y=-42
y=-3, x=1

2) Same as above, but the top equation values are negative. Divide top equation by -1 to make it more clean to work with
3x+4y=2
5y=5
y=1, x=-2

3) Easiest one, the only difference is 1y
y=-2, x=1

4) Sum the equations
7y=14
y=2, x=5

Someone tell me I'm not the only one who was thinking of Ricardo Milos when I clicked this.

Japan had a good library with their computer systems (PC98, X68K, MSX, FM Towns, etc) in that period, but none of this ever came overseas, and as such, the games were all JP exclusive. That said, I don't think they matched with SNES/GEN, but more like NES. Old PC games in NA never really appealed to me at all. Nowdays that gaming PCs are more mainstream, I think PC gaming is absolutely amazing, but the 90s were a rough time for PC. It's hard to say exactly when PC gaming got decent, but I feel like Windows XP was about the turning point for it.

It is comfortable and it works well for the games that were made for it, and I feel like the stick precision is amazing on it, but idk about excellent in a universal sense. The design leaves either the left or middle (usually left) unused, and the stick, despite being amazing in its prime, is known to become very loose over time. Also generally prefer 4 face + 2 L/R buttons over 6 face 1 L/R, though the C buttons can be nice for some games too. They felt very natural for things like OoT for example. Overall, a good controller, but not spectacular.
