If you're tired of the same old Pokemon formula (rather then the people who love it) it might be worth a try. Game looks cheap and unpolished. I've heard some people say the story is good, and some say it's terrible, but most say the characters aren't memorable. --- Mwahahahaha. |

I believe the official competitive format has been doubles only for years now (because it's faster and disallows stall strategies). So no matter the strategy single battles wouldn't be matching the official competitive format anyway. I've heard some suggest the games be doubles only to match the official competitive format (not that I believe the official competitive format was designed with anything but speed in mind anyway) but the issue with that is within the Pokemon franchise it's mostly only the official competitive format where doubles are the norm. Everywhere else 1 vs 1 is shown to be the normal way Pokemon are used, the anime, movies, most spinoff games, etc. --- Mwahahahaha. |

Even still using the "Gyms" format, there have been many ideas thrown around in the past about how to make them more interesting, and different. The most popular one I've heard of is each gym focusing on different competitive strategies, like a stall gym, a stat boosting gym, a doubles gym, a Trick Room gym, etc. Of course, the problem with this is the developers would actually have to pay attention to how the game is played competitively, which they don't, so they would have no idea how to implement this, which is why the idea wouldn't work. They 1/2 arsed this idea before by having a gym where everyone is programmed to start the battle with a stat boosting item. It's funny that of all the strategies the game went out of it's way to try to demonstrate, it was winning against your AI opponent by being richer then them and using items they can't. --- Mwahahahaha. |

Any maybe they could design the game in a way where it wasn't intentionally very easy? The thing many long time Pokemon fans have been asking for forever? Well, the ones that aren't aggressively in favor of the games never changing. In before "it's for kids" and "Legends: Arceus". --- Mwahahahaha. |

For the purposes of this topic, the definition of propaganda is... 1. the spreading of ideas, information, or rumor for the purpose of helping or injuring an institution, a cause, or a person 2. ideas, facts, or allegations spread deliberately to further one's cause or to damage an opposing cause The point being, the point of the "propaganda" is to deliberately be biased, whether you agree with the idea being pushed or not. --- Mwahahahaha. |

| ForteEXE3850 11/19/21 11:33:22 PM #29 | It's not that I wouldn't want to see Bobby Kotick gone, but I really doubt he'll be pushed out forcibly, because the entire reason he's been CEO this long is because Activision keeps making tons of money while he was CEO, and at the end of the day that's all that matters to anyone who could make him leave. Given, it's not like I expect Activison to change as a company even if Bobby Kotick left. Fact of the matter is Activison being scummy works for them (and lots of other companies) and brings in the money in absurd amounts. --- Mwahahahaha. |

No more news articles about "most disliked video on youtube" or "company's marketing video getting mass disliked". Funnily enough, I think google's own video youtube rewind is included in that category (although they've gotten rid of it since it became blatantly obvious the rewind is now just fake advertisement for advertisers). VideoboysaysCube posted... Besides, I thought uploaders had the option to disable ratings anyway. They do, but you never want to disable the likes/dislikes or the comments unless you are getting mass negative feedback and want to hide it, because those systems count as engagement for the youtube algorithm, and everyone assumes if those systems are disabled by choice, it was because of mass negative feedback anyway, so the fact there is negative feedback isn't really being hidden. --- Mwahahahaha. |

The game isn't trying to be scary, it's gore comedy more then horror, I get that. Story wise it's stupid that Chris won't tell Ethan what's happening for no reason, Ethan somehow not knowing he has mold powers even as he glues his own hand back on, and Ethan being in massive denial that his daughter isn't just a normal baby as he himself plans to glue her back together from several pieces. --- Mwahahahaha. |

Because I'd rather western studios stop recycling the same IPs over and over again entirely. I also hope there isn't a predictable moral message that Peter shouldn't cling to what he had in the past, and be grateful for what he has now while looking towards the future, while thinking that's really meta and clever because the movie features characters from previous Spider-man franchises. --- Mwahahahaha. |

Other fun fact, the reason 1/2 the original cast dropped out despite the shows success was due to pay disputes, as they were paying them like a few hundred dollars a week for what was at the time, one of the most profitable kids shows that existed. --- Mwahahahaha. |

And banning all education that doesn't preach modern western values, brainwashing people while they are kids, the most effective time to do it. This is all horribly evil of course, the question is if you think it's worth it. Endless occupation without changing the culture accomplishes nothing. --- Mwahahahaha. |
