Getting a good Gwent deck is nice for a certain quest. A couple Gwent tips: each person you can play with will give you one random card for winning. There's a pool of cards that come from these people. There are also cards that are sold by vendors. If you want all the cards, buy those when you see them. Then, there is a quest with missable cards you need to get by winning matches.

For general gameplay, there is no reason to hoard armor and weapons. Just sell the shit you don't need aside from Witcher gear, which have quest upgrades.

Take a look at game pass and see if it'll be worth it to you. Just know that the Xbox versions of call of duty have been buggier for the last few games. Aim assist is kinda fucked on Vanguard for Xbox, as an example.

I'm be totally honest with you. I don't pay very much attention to what happens in the celebrity and e drama space so I'll have to take your word for it.

from what I understood from the performance review I saw on Forbidden West, they had a lot of memory allocation issues in Zero Dawn which was hugely improved in FW allowing for better performance across the board. Maybe Kojima Productions had that version and just weren't as familiar with it to optimize and pack in a ton of pretty foliage like how Guerilla, the creators of the engine and Horizon could.

The landscape was an aesthetic choice related to timefall. Foliage makes little sense in universe.

They definitely have a more plastic art style than the base game imo. They still look nice though.

But I don't think you'll have too much trouble with the old courses. Most players won't buy the new ones I think.

It's not that they're milking a 10-year-old game. It's that they're trying to justify their new, more expensive tier subscription service. The difference between the base plan and the new one is about the cost of a season pass, so I suspect they'll keep doing this kind of stuff. Last year was covered by animal crossing dlc. This year is covered by Mario kart tracks. I'm sure they'll have some kind of DLC for Kirby or Pokemon by next year.

Maybe they'll finally make that Odyssey dlc a bunch of people hoped for.

XC2 strong point is definitely the gameplay, which the game does a very bad job in explaining. I had to watch youtube videos and read guides online to get a better scope of the gameplay to finally have a good time with it or else every enemy in the game is just a giant hp sponge.

The gameplay also genuinely sucks for like 15 hours or something like that when you have real options available to you imo. But I agree the end game gameplay is very good.
