I didnt tip at all during my first visit to the US, not because I wanted to be rude, but because I didnt know it was such a strict norm compared to every other country I visited where tipping isnt a big deal. One time, some of my colleagues were literally chased through the street for not tipping when the service was horrible apparently. Dining out in the US is unnecessarily expensive due to the tipping.

Its obviously an all-in love letter to RE, closer to the games down to the details rather than superwoman Alice, and indications of better acting too.
Maybe this could turn out to be a pretty good live-action RE film after all, for what it is.
Regardless of how it turns out, it will help to keep the RE franchise relevant and thats always good.

He was so close to the finish line and all he had to do is wait a couple of more minutes and disembark normally like everybody else. Now hell spend time with law enforcement, receive a heavy fine and face possible ban from AA.

This is my recommendation, if you want to loose belly fat, focus a lot on cardio at the beginning. You can start of to do a lot of abdominal exercises but the muscles wont be visible underneath the fat until you actually start to loose fat to some extent first (that is depending on how much belly fat there is and also if you want more visible abdominal muscles in the first place of course)

At the gym, I personally recommend starting with alternating between treadmill (60 minutes) and crosstrainer (20 minutes) every other day. So one day treadmill, next day cross training, then back to treadmill and so on.

Start carefully to go easy on your heart and prevent injuries, I suggest walking on the treadmill for 30 mins at 6km/hr setting then increasing the speed to 8km/hr for the remaining 30mins. Do this for a week then gradually increase the speed.
After 4 weeks of regular cardio training I suggest jogging straight away at 11km/hr to reach 10km/6.21mi well under an hour.

As for the crosstrainer, begin carefully and adjust the level so that you get a little resistance without overworking each stride.
If you get really sweaty and breath heavily at the end of the session youre on the right path, but stop exercising right away if you get difficulty breathing, get really dizzy, your pulse gets really high (well over 100beats/m) or if you feel chest pain. Also make sure youre well rested before each training session, this is really important.
After visibly loosing belly fat, then I suggest adding more abdominal exercises but dont forget to train the rest of your body as well.

I lost 16kg/35ibs in three months doing the treadmill crosstrainer combo but I also go straight to weightlifting after.
Also, as pointed out by others here, consume less calories and eat less overall, especially before the training session.
Make sure youre well-rested before each session, start carefully and then increase intensity.

Good question because you never know how individual mods perceive and judge a text I suppose.

My posts were written with a critical perspective but not disrespectful and certainly not hateful.
I know there are rules and I know there are lines you shouldnt cross yet this topic is (still) open for discussion about something controversial that is meant to be debated. If nothing else, look at the poll results.

If only mods could reach out or send a quick message to clarify hey, this is not ok because this or that, Im fine with that.

But seriously though step training is great for leg workout and depending on the intensity, also good for cardio training when rapidly stepping up and down. Increases foot speed/movement too.

Exactly. Ive been silenced twice now. One message was deleted and labelled hate speech under violation category offensive, and my other message was deleted shortly after being posted without any further explanation.

The messages were deleted anonymously so theres no possibility to reach out to the responsible moderator and ask for any sort of clarification as to why and how my messages were offensive or hateful.

Ive been a member since 2005, and as far as I remember, Ive never had any problems posting without getting warned or being suspended.

This topic is still, oddly enough, open for discussion yet its abundantly clear that youre only allowed to have a certain viewpoint and/or agree with this viewpoint.

Furthermore, no hurt feelings (with emphasis on feelings), report-spamming, baseless accusations about hate-speech or transphobia without any proof, and even dictatorial-like warnings and of banning can change this fact.

I dont hate Alana nor have my posts implied any sort of hate towards her or trans people (not sure if people have forgotten the meaning of hate considering how misused the term is) but to the fact that a fighting organisation with, again our present-day medical equipment, cleared Alana to fight against women.
We have divided male and female athletes since the the beginning of sports history. Should we now throw away well-established, undeniable scientific facts that women and men are physically different? Should we ignore the possibility that a man who- to an extent- has undergone surgical transformation into a woman, can cause serious excessive damage to women the same way men physically abuse women in their home? Because its not the other way around is it?
This fighting event was rushed and poorly-decided to say the least. I hope the 38-year old Alana fares well, not in MMA, but with her physical and mental health.
