it existed before there were many games to play. It's a family game and there are many people that have good memories playing it. This has been passed down and is just a tradition.

Really just play something else. Monopoly is not a good game and there are countless better games that could be played in it's place.

honestly it's a common fantasy stereotype. Elves live long, Dwarfs have long beards, Goblins are shewd and greedy traders. It don't see it as a racial problem unless you decide to make a big deal out of it.

I think it was just that one episode. My guess was always that since cartoons like scooby doo were new they experimented with things that worked in sitcoms. As it turns out it wasn't good.

my issue with SMW is the artstyle. In SB3 every world had a theme. It was clear what the theme is and it stuck to it.

SMW levels all look the same. world 1 and world 2 look the same to me. Other worlds don't feel different enough to me.

The second problem is how badly abused the mechanics are. The spin jump has lead to kazio which is incredibly hard and allows levels that abuse the design to imo ruin mario.

I have been seeing memes about nuclear power and how it's safe and clean.

Lets get the record straight. Nuclear power is a disaster waiting to happen.

The reason is capitalism. Those people running this campaign are looking at big oil and turn green with envy. They see the billions that they make and want their business to be like that. They know that no one can own the sun or the wind, but its possible to own a uranium mine. Switching to nuclear power would just put them at top where they would run their business on greed.

In the past when disaster has stuck it was because of poor maintenance. The Johnstown flood, the levies failure in nNew Orleans, a run away trucker in Colorado. These things happen because greedy companies don't care about anything but profit and when a disaster does happen they won't ever be held responsible. They will just say that nuclear accident was the result of a disaster like a earthquake or tsunami. Corporations will kill you to make a profit and when it comes to nuclear any disaster is VERY bad.

It's not that I don't believe in science. I think nuclear can be safe. But I know it's about capitalism and that corporations can't be trusted. The true way to the future is wind and solar but nuclear.

This case is just an example of late stage capitalism. It expoits minorites, and cuts corners to make a profit. When there is an accident they do everything they can to not take the blame and instead make up reasons to incriminate the driver.

that proves my point. Society is so obsessed with the idea that you have to be neurotypical to be successful. So much so that any kind of divergence is seen as a defect and everything is done to keep those things away from people that need them

The problem is capitalism that wants to exploit people. It wants people that are able to sit still and focus while working for the benefit of the billionare class. Anything that might make than difficult is seen as not being profitibale and therefore has been branded by socitey as a defect.

i see Chirs-chan as a failure of society. She has speical needs to society can't meet. As an autistic person she was mistreated by people that didn't really care about her and no one was there to moderate it. It also seems that there were other mental illness possibly schizophrenia but this also is a failure of society. In the end the system is not designed to help her. Instead it labels her as invaild by capitalism since she is too ill to be exploited for labor and since she hasn't become a threat to herself or others she couldn't get help.

Other people made this worse with the intent to hurt her and people like her as much as possible. The worst take away from this is that this is going to be used to hurt vulnerible people as much as possible. The issue with her being trans is that the arguement is made that she isn't really which hurts other trans people. With her being autisic it just hurts other neurodivergent people by making people think that they all are like that.

I think the final verdit from this will be that Chris-chan is a excellent case study of mental illness and her life and what she said online is so well recorded that psychogists can compile it and use this to learn about this combination of mental illness and treat it better.
