It's been a few years but I noted that the game is pretty difficult, a point exacerbated by cheap deaths and controls that didn't feel quite up to the task. Also, there's no map so backtracking was a bit of a pain in the ass.I beat it and skipped some upgrades that I never knew about. Or breakfast sandwiches, I lived off of them for a while. But they are way more expensive. I also do bagel with cream cheese. The next logical step from cereal though would be oatmeal. It's the same 2 steps of pouring + 2 minutes of heating. Then you can add fruit or raisins or whatever.
