His life was never in danger and the father had a valid reason for being there. If he was really scared, he should have called the police. Any lawyers in here? Legally, could it be argued that the bio-dad had a right to be there since it sounds like their home was the pre-arranged pickup/dropoff location for custody exchanges? If not, its kinda bullshit that they can choose that location, but then the step-dad can tell them to leave the property, even though they are required by law to adhere to the custody & visitation schedule. All this happened because these losers (the bio-mom and step-dad) want to play custody games. They knew exactly what they were doing. Fuck them. I can understand his frustration, but the bio-dad should have documented every time shit like this happens with video, texts, and the police, and then drag their asses to court. Ive seen women get punished by judges for playing these games. --- |
