earbuds are not really an option. I have 2 coworkers one listens to tiktok at max volume my other coworker watches these youtube videos where its someone giving a summary of a movie. They are like main stream movie, but instead of watching the movie he watches someone tell what happened in the movie while it shows clips from the actual movie...

Doesnt Pizza Hut give you the option of choosing the type of sauce you want when you customize the pizza? I know Ive substituted regular for a garlic before. I remember barbecue being listed as an option. If barbecue sauce causes that many problems, then why offer it?

I think that is his point. The customer had to go out of his way to select BBQ sauce. In my app it has you select crust then sauce, then veggies, then meats (not 100% on the order of those) so when sauces came up he must have tapped BBQ rather than regular marinara. I would say 99% of the time people do not screw it up. This guy rather than admit his mistake, wanted to be a dick about it.

How often do you get requests for drawing something on the box? In college we did this all the time, tipping extra if they did it. LITERALLY every time the drawing we got was amazing. like PH only hires artists.

We use an entirely different sauce that is spicy, so right off the bat it's already got a spicy taste to it. We only carry 3 versions of the Spicy Lover's Pizza, sadly, you aren't supposed to be able to add extra toppings(depends on store) but you can remove any if you wish. Either the spicy double pepperoni which is regular pepperoni as well as our small, crispy cupped pepperoni(basically small ones that curve into cups after) then topped with a new topping, our red chili's. There's also the spicy chicken Hawaiian which is a chicken and pineapple pizza as you'd expect with the red chilis. Then there's the spicy garden veggie which is just the normal veggie lovers with red chili's.

All three are then topped with a generous sprinkle of red pepper flakes that Pizza Hut calls 'fiery flakes' but as far as I can tell, they are just regular ones lol.

When I would watch TV. There would be a guy on there talking a bunch of shit. Saying he was better than anyone. Every week it was the same thing. Daring anyone to get in their way challenging them at times. I would always wonder who would stand up to this guy? Who would be the one to put an end to all of it. Then one day it happened. He was out there laying it on thick. Talking down to everyone, making insults, daring anyone with the balls to step up.

I posted a snarky comment earlier in this thread thinking it was just a cop bashing post. I didn't realize until I googled it how many actually end up bad. I do apologize. I should have looked it up first

I really want to play a FPS. I do not want one that is online only. I would like one that has a single player campaign. It can have an online campaign I guess, but I would prefer an offline campaign.

The first time I saw 2001 I was like 15 or 16 and I watched it all by myself on my couch and it blew my fucking mind. I couldnt believe how real everything looked, it had better special effects than any movie I have ever seen before, and it was made in the 60s. I knew I was watching a work of art and I was mesmerized. I still havent had a viewing experience like that one ever again in my life.

I will admit the visuals are great for its time. It does not excuse the fact that every scene draws on 10 minutes longer than needed.

2001: A Space Odyssey

I just watched this movie wednesday for the first time. I might have enjoyed it if scenes didn't run 15 minutes longer than they should have. They show a craft landing for 8 minutes. it slowly lands, cut to the cockpit and the pilot, cut to the craft landing again, cut to the pilot, cut to the craft landing, cut to pilot (he hits some buttons this time), cut to the craft landing. SO MUCH FILLER in this movie. This movie could have been 45 minutes if you cut out all of the drawn out scenes. The first 30 minutes is of those damn apes. easily could have made that a 5 minutes scene. Ruined the whole movie for me.

I dated a girl I worked with once. We were pretty good friends, then started to hook up, then started dating. This went on for a few months. Like I said we were pretty good friends so we knew each other pretty well. She mentioned that we should move in together. I was going to move in with her. Everything was going great. The next week I got really sick. Strep throat. I told her I would stay home the next few days. We stayed in constant communication. Calling and texting. Once I was better she said she was making me dinner, homemade tacos. I go over and she says this isnt working. I am shocked, just 3 days earlier she wanted to move in. I could not get a real reason out of her. The next day at work I was still pretty mad so I stayed away. She confronts me and asks if I am just not going to talk to her anymore. I said I am not ready to. We eventually made it to where we could talk, repair our friendship as she put it. Then she tried to tell me that I could not date anyone that worked where we work. We worked at a restaurant/bar. She also said I could not date customers. The red flags were waving left and right. This new smoking hot bartender started working there and we started talking. This girl got so mad saying I was a piece of shit this and that. She was a nutcase. When I started dating my wife, she would call and text me and my wife. She would make really personal conversation to my wife saying things like "Kizzle likes that, but I know you know that dont you kizzles wife?" Just inserting herself into our lives showing that she had slept with me. We both blocked her on everything after that.

I am just glad there are games coming out for it. My wife bought me a PS5 for christmas and always asks why I am not playing it all the time. I downloaded RDR2, but nothing has really got my interest. This year looks real promising with games though. I am really excited.

Years ago I worked as a supervisor (middle management) for a shipping/receiving office at the Hilton.

The job literally requires you to be able to lift 50 lbs. Yet my boss only hired woman who can't lift. The one dude he hired couldn't even lift fucking 30 lbs. Everybody is supposed to deliver their packages to their assigned floors (including myself) and yet every time heavy shit came, I got called because "we can't have woman lifting anything."

I had to have a talk with my supervisor that this wasn't going to work. You gotta stop hiring people who can't do the basic the function of the job. Every time something heavy needs to be delivered upstairs, calling me "because your worker is a female" is not acceptable. I'm all for equal pay and hiring, however whoever you decide to hire needs to be able to do the job.

Like I said I work in a warehouse. We have orderfillers who are required to make production. Production isn't super difficult, but it is not a cakewalk. Our hiring manager hired a girl with muscular dystrophy. She will never make production. There are other jobs in the warehouse she could do, but they hired her for a job she is guaranteed to fail.

obv Vegy would be the main character.
