Also sorry the topic title is a bit ambiguously morbid. To be clear, don't murder. My mind has simply rationalized that murder at some point in the last 30 years would have made my life a lot easier. Unfortunately I am a rational person that knows that easier does not mean better. So no murder. Occasional repressed scorn that must be let out every however many years.

Honestly we've had a lot of dumb roletalk and some individual suspicions, but I'm really interested in who people think are the pairs of scum.

I would wager theres a decent chance of 2 scum and maybe a(nother) third party left. I'm really only concerned with the two scum, tbh. Theres of course the non-zero chance Tavish is Zenos but I just don't care to walk down that rabbit hole right now.

If hes town, turned into a scanner, and can commute again hes broken.

He had an opportunity to commute again if he had it in pocket instead of dying and didn't do it.

Its pretty safe to assume he cant commute again at this point.

In-game, tempering is when a Primal pretty much takes over the body of a mortal in order to have them pray for it so that it grows more powerful. The reason they do this is because the more it is prayed to, the more powerful it becomes. So no, tempering is not death.

You dont need to explain in-game FFXIV things to me.

My biggest issue is Reds target list makes no sense for a protective role, N1 not chris maybe, but never chris? And mike after he was confirmed third party? Really?

I'm not looking to protect kill targets. I'm looking to hit tertiary targets that scum possibly plans to leave around.

Also I don't know what the hell "tempering" does, but I feel fairly safe in assuming its not death.

I literally start raid at 8pm on Monday.

Also immediately felt like day 2 was a good start to look at, because unless you think Mike is scum, it was a good spot for scum to show no preference but also prefer the WoL die if given the chance.

Also I don't want to dig into the pile, and I am almost certainly going to take a look at it again later, but Crescent looked almost offended that Ulti would insinuate she would have melted down if she were scum. It was (part of) his premise for thinking she was town and she basically campaigned against it for a moment.

Just something I'm noting. It may be a bunch of junk but I am typing this to potentially reference later(Been more skimming and collecting thoughts of specific moments that stuck out to me, less a deep read).

Mostly just think Tidus is scum in any situation. And yes, I know I haven't built a huge amount of trust, but at worst you guys should be thinking a me/tidus pair is possible from the interactions. Which should still fall in the "lynch tidus in all situations". Since no one should be really looking at a me/mzero or me/crescent.

Anyway, taking a quick look at the end of day 2.

We can reasonably assume Scare really didn't give a crap which died. I'm throwing plum/isquen into the town list. This leaves Crescent/Mzero/Tidus. Not without note, we can see no voted opinion from all 3. But with scum apparently having no real forceful opinion on the lynch, lets throw Mike in the town pile too.

Crescent is claiming weird confirmable role that has...not yet confirmed anything. Mzero basically set Scare up on a tee and then Crescent tried to sow doubt in Mzero AFTER scare came back in with a claim. I don't see the two of them being scum together. I lean further town on Mzero than I do Crescent, but I don't actually see them as being scum together.

Basically, Tidus is probably scum no matter what. If hes town, it would basically require the premise of "Mike is not scum" to be wrong, but I don't see it. Scum likely preferred the WoL die but didn't have high investment day 2.

I actually really wish you would have scanned anyone but Isquen because I'd be pretty hard pressed to believe he could play the innocent scum role this well.

As far as plum goes...we now know that someone definitely targeted plum N1.

And with no one claiming that action, we know that person isn't town.

I would wager that is enough to buy plum as town for now.

It is a boss from a dungeon that is really just Matoya/Y'shtola's house or whatever. It isn't really us going to stop a villain or anything.

I cure "tempered" status. I don't know exactly what this is in mafia terms and I was really hoping to hide this longer.

I targetted scare/tavish/mzero(No I wasn't going to target chris, if scum was going to target him I figured they'd just murder him).

This is also why I was pressing so hard to answer on pure/whatever aether, because tempered status is certainly something that could alter that status(Was not expecting dark to be the alternative response, tbh, it put me back to confused status). And yes, it did make me more leery of protection-like claims.

Chris was mentioning something about someone targetting plum last night to my knowledge it got ignored and I don't know if chris has even come back and mentioned it since.

I was hoping we'd get some engagement on that to make things interesting but nope.

Scare has given us very little to judge his alignment off of. If I recall he jumped on the "slip" day 1 but has been pretty invisible since.
