Topic | If you had to personally kill the animals that the meat that you eat... |
123pizza2 02/20/18 9:55:12 AM #30 | Not a problem. Other than the time it takes up I don't find it particularly disgusting or anything like that. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | Is your favorite video game also part of your favorite franchise/series? |
123pizza2 02/20/18 9:46:11 AM #6 | Option 3 for me. My favorite series is Fire Emblem. I've played every game besides FE1&2 and it was one of my first videogames growing up. I'll support the main-line entries in that series until I can't game anymore The only series that comes close is Soulsborne. Coincidentally the Souls series has my favorite game which is Dark Souls 3. --- GT:Linkman6 |

Topic | Are you scared of needles? |
123pizza2 02/08/18 2:15:15 PM #20 | I'm a licensed phlebotomist so that's definitely a no from me. I dont really do anything with it since I'm up at school but you needed to prick and get pricked by a lot of people during training. There were definitely some people squeamish at pricking hands though. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | Early bird or Night owl |
123pizza2 01/25/18 5:51:56 PM #4 | I definitely prefer the night, but with the amount of sleep(or rather the lack there of) get I might as well be both. I find it relaxing to go to particularly dark places like the beach or the woods at night. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | What's an old classic that deserves a proper remake/spiritual successor? |
123pizza2 12/30/17 11:59:23 AM #22 | Not super old but Skies of Arcadia --- GT:Linkman6 |

Topic | Do people like watching videos over reading articles? |
123pizza2 12/16/17 5:10:42 PM #8 | I agree that strictly video reports are annoying. I don't mind listening to news if it's part of a podcast or something, but if it's just a video I'll look for the news somewhere else --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | Your top3 websites |
123pizza2 12/16/17 5:08:36 PM #24 | Gamefaqs is my main spot for actually engaging with people. YouTube is probably my most active site, and a big part of that is because I download all my music using YouTube red. Third would probably go to tvtropes or D20PFRSD. Tvtropes is a great site to waste some time and learn about/find new games to get. I go on the D20PFRSD a lot when I'm at college because I don't bring my books with me and I whenever I get some time I usually like to design an encounter or environment to use for later campaigns. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | Cool Ranch or Nacho Cheese Doritos? |
123pizza2 12/14/17 5:44:08 PM #14 | Cool ranch is dope but sweet and spicy chili is a close second. I haven't had Doritos in mad long though --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | here's a word you dont see every day: ombudsman |
123pizza2 12/14/17 12:51:42 PM #5 | I can't think of any weird words but I know a bunch that I hardly hear anyone use. Lassitude perhaps Definitely don't see vituperative very often either. I always see people use verdant or fertile instead of fecund, but it's still a bit more common. Tenebrous. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | There any worthwhile games that has a combat system like Baten Kaitos? |
123pizza2 12/13/17 6:22:49 PM #14 | Are you guys talking about Lokarin posted... 123pizza2 posted...I kinda wanna dust off my Gamecube now. Very true. I didn't know any better back then but if I played it now I'd probably be obsessed too haha. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | There any worthwhile games that has a combat system like Baten Kaitos? |
123pizza2 12/13/17 5:09:28 PM #8 | Wow I remember Baiten Kaitos. I first started playing when I was mad young and terrible at games so I remember dying to Giacomo a bunch. The whole premise of you being a guardian spirit was dope though. Yeah though, I can't think of anything like it other than the prequel (which was also pretty good iirc). I mean, there are other card based RPG's like Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, but i doubt many others have the same mechanics like cards aging/changing over time like that did. I kinda wanna dust off my Gamecube now. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | Do you like... |
123pizza2 12/09/17 1:26:01 PM #2 | I like listen to them when I'm playing a videogame and doing something repetitive like achievment hunting in Lords of the Fallen or grinding for Concords in DS3. I usually listen to the Super Best Friends Cast because they're pretty much the only gaming channel I watch on youtube anyway. Also, I've come to the realization that your name is an amalgamation of my GT and my user name. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | Would you mind me hanging out here? |
123pizza2 12/09/17 1:20:33 PM #6 | People won't really care until you start trolling or they figure out your gimmick, at which point you've already become part of the board anyway. --- GT:Linkman6 |

123pizza2 12/07/17 5:22:54 PM #5 | Cold. Heck of a lot easier to warm up than cool down, it makes work outs and practices easier, and waking up on a frigid or brisk morning is great. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | How do/did you study for big exams? |
123pizza2 12/06/17 1:59:40 PM #18 | Looks like the voting settled down now. To be honest I would've thought more people would cram than not study at all. I couldn't imagine not studying for Organic Chemistry haha --- GT:Linkman6 |

For the USMLE and MCAT I made a schedule and stuck to it no matter what, making sure to cover all the topics and giving myself 1-2 months to do practice tests prior to the test. Yeah I could definitely understand why you would want to be rigorous about that. The sheer volume of information to retain is incredible. I'm interested in the medical field as well, about how early did you start even preparing to study? Lokarin posted... I didn't study, I just... y'know, retained things from the lesson You've never had a bad/textbook professor? That's really lucky actually haha. --- GT:Linkman6 |

123pizza2 12/05/17 10:58:38 AM #1 | I'm subject to some organized Chaos myself. I like to sprawl and have all my papers for the subject I need strewn about in (what I think) are tactical positions. --- GT:Linkman6 |

123pizza2 12/04/17 7:20:48 PM #37 | Assuming I'm playing as a human I'll spend up to an hour trying to get as close as possible to myself. I was able to make pretty good characters in Saints Row 2 and Dragons Dogma --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | Favorite... |
123pizza2 12/04/17 2:14:16 AM #9 | Chicken Francese can be a dope specialty slice, as can buffalo chicken. I've also had a clam and potato pizza (sauceless ofc) that was pretty good. Honestly though nothing beats a well-made margherita style pie. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | What are yout top 3 favorite books? |
123pizza2 11/30/17 11:05:12 AM #4 | The Black Prism Three Kingdoms Night Angel Omnibus (ha, had to get those three into one book somehow) Brent Weeks is my guy. Honorable mention to the Inheritance Cycle because Eragon was the first book I really got into. One of my buddies is actually super into kingkiller. He's been telling me to give it a read. --- GT:Linkman6 |

123pizza2 11/28/17 9:09:14 AM #19 | These are all pretty great. It's cool to see a couple other people have the elder scrolls as well. A bunch of these actually resonate haha, I remember playing Crash racing with my brother as well. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | Fond videogame memories? |
123pizza2 11/27/17 1:49:39 PM #3 | Maybe so, but it's nice to invoke a little nostalgia every now and then. And I am a little curious to be honest, everybody takes different things away from their games after all. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | Can anyone recommend me some good Star Wars video games? |
123pizza2 11/27/17 1:37:29 PM #10 | I enjoyed Republic Commando. The squad AI and banter was actually pretty good and it played really well. Bounty Hunter wasn't a masterpiece but I definitely enjoyed it and still play a level every once in a while --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | Fond videogame memories? |
123pizza2 11/27/17 1:31:38 PM #1 | I hung out with some of my buddies during the Thanksgiving break, and we started reminiscing about our experiences with videogames. It can be anything from a favorite moment to an experience before you even had a game. I distinctly remember my first time seeing one of my friends play Oblivion which encouraged me to save up to be able to play it. I had only owned Nintendo consoles up to that point so I had never actually played a game like it before. My mind was blown when I saw him sneaking around, picking locks and summoning monsters. We also all used to go home after practice and watch sports while talking on party chat. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | Another Dungeons and Dragons topic?!? |
123pizza2 11/21/17 10:44:27 AM #11 | Pathfinder guy here. I'm actually starting a new campaign for my buddies. It's a homebrew setting centered around a form of magical radiation which has swept across the continent. I'm planning on using the setting to up the difficulty and to teach them to utilize downtime. The smaller and more distant communities also means that they have to be more careful about how they go about things in town. I've also added a fun little housing and modification mechanic to get them more invested in their living space. --- GT:Linkman6 |

Topic | Cast of Characters in Book/Novel... |
123pizza2 10/27/17 2:25:25 PM #5 | Almost every book that I've read that did stuff like that would put a synopsis of Characters and events/important terms at the front. That way readers who pick up the story late, or who haven't read the series in a while can refresh themselves. The exception is the inheritance cycle, which put all the words at the end iirc because Paolini basically made a dictionary. It does seem a little strange to list your characters out for your first book/volume though, it takes away from the initial impact of the character. --- GT:Linkman6 |
Topic | What's the best way to say, "hey, I'm weird, are you weird" subtly? |
123pizza2 10/26/17 3:35:38 PM #5 | You make jokes and references to what you're interested in and if they reciprocate you can make more until you're sure. Alternatively (and far more simply) you can simply ask them if they ever heard of something called (whatever you're interested in) and if they say yes you try to have a conversation about it with them. --- GT:Linkman6 |

123pizza2 10/25/17 8:36:42 AM #11 | It's pretty interesting that those things are scent glands. I was thinking it was one of those instances where a hairworm or other parasite starts coming out of a host insect as it dies. --- GT:Linkman6 |

I understand that some things can be accidents, but if you don't have the foresight to see the blatant risk involved with something like that, you probably shouldn't have too much autonomy in the first place. --- GT:Linkman6 |
