IDW Publishing is continuing their multi-year Star Trek licensed property crossover comics this year with a newly-announced miniseries combining Captain Kirks Animated Series-era crew with the heroic robots in disguise in 2018s Star Trek vs. Transformers.

Announced today via io9, Star Trek vs. Transformers is coming this September as a four-issue tale from writers John Barber and longtime Trek comic scribe Mike Johnson, telling the crossover story with help from artist Philip Murphy and colorist Leonardo Ito.

Per io9s report, the story will start with the USS Enterprise encountering Optimus Prime and the rest of the Autobots near Klingon space, where the teams must join forces to save a dilithium mine under siege.

From writer Mike Johnson:

This is a crossover several decades in the making, and we could not be more thrilled to bring it to fans.
John and I are having a blast writing the first meeting of Starfleet and Cybertronians, and Phil is the perfect artist to bring these two franchises together on the page.
IDW is no slouch when it comes to Trek crossover adventures, with previous tales including the franchise mixing with Planet of the Apes, Doctor Who, and Green Lantern along with a later-cancelled effort at crossing The Next Generation with the world of Aliens.

Well at first you would see things associated with ring setup and whatever else was required for a show. Chairs, tables, ladders, ring bell, fire extinguisher, chains, sledgehammer, trash cans, electrical equipment, etc.

As the hardcore match became popular they began adding various other items like baking sheets, road signs, kendo sticks and more. I can recall the times Raven would come down with a shopping cart full of weapons. Sometimes a bowling ball, potted plant, or even a kitchen sink.

I thought the color fit her. Oddly enough at the end of the show's intro Leonardo is shown in yellow/neon green.

Even more awkward, pause at 15sec and go full screen. The driver is in a plain shirt with the turtle head on and the mouth wide open so he can see. WTF were they thinking? XD

Yeah I've seen talk about this in newspapers and such the last couple of months. People lobbying to get all plastic straws removed.

Most fast food places have wrapped individual straws whether you're ordering in or doing drive-thru. So you would choose when to insert it into the cup.

While this is true of all plastic garbage I can't recall the last time I was walking anywhere and saw a random straw on the ground. Makes me wonder why the straw is being singled out for this. First it was the plastic bag, that made sense, and now many stores charge you for a bag purchase unless you bring your own eco-bag.

From what I'm seeing he got jailed for involuntary manslaughter. A couple of months ago there was a glitch that allowed inmates in his area to go online and he returned to Twitter to call himself an 'eGod" and threatened to swat again.

He's scheduled to appear in court again later this month. No official sentence has been made.

It varies by location.

My extended family rents out their 1-bedroom basement suite. The current tenant has been there for a few years and I believe he's paying $850 a month, and that includes the utilities. Also he doesn't drive. He's been using public transport to get to and from work. He is currently in the process of looking to buy a used vehicle though. I think he's paying child support too.

My short summary of last night.

Elias started the show with his usual antics then shifted to recapping what he did to Seth Rollins last week and followed up making fun of the Houston Rockets. Seth came out and it was chair vs. guitar. Jinder attacked then Roman made the save. Kurt came to the stage and made a tag match.

1. Elias and Jinder beat Seth and Roman in about 18min when Samson pinned Rollins.

Curt Hawkins made a rare RAW appearance along with a table full of tacos. He talked about his last 199 losses in a row (TV and house shows combined). After he wins tonight everyone will get a free taco. He interviewed his enhancement talent opponent James Harden.

2. James Harden beat Curt Hawkins by DQ when Baron Corbin came out, teased Hawkins, and attacked Harden. Corbin then threw Hawkins into the table and tipped it on top of him. WWE sure loves wasting food.

Kurt wanted to know what Corbin was doing. Corbin was tired of being overlooked and went to WWE Corporate to speak to Stephanie. She officially made him "Constable" of RAW. Kurt had to read the letter himself to confirm.

3. Nia Jax pinned Natalya in a non-title match. Afterward Nattie was in pain holding her knee. Ronda Rousey was on commentary and came down to check on her. Nia seemed concerned as they went up the ramp.

4. Braun Strowman pinned Bobby Roode. During the match Roode shit his trunks (no joke). It was GLORIOUS!

Natalya was icing her knee backstage as Nia came in to check on her. Ronda asked if that was enough. Nia had to remind her this isn't ballet, and they were having a match. Nattie left on crutches as they argued.

5. The B-Team won a 7-team battle royal to become #1 contenders. They'll face Matt and Bray at MitB. McIntyre and Ziggler were the favorites, but Dolph was eliminated early, taking Drew with him. The finish came when Slater accidentally knocked Rhyno off the apron.

There was another long Zayn/Lashley promo.

Jinder and Roman were interviewed in different locations back to back. Roman then left and found Jinder which led to another fight. Referees had to separate them.

6. Sasha Banks and Ember Moon beat the Riot Squad. Alexa Bliss was on the team but faked an injury and left a couple of minutes in. At the end Bayley ran down and got a tag from Sasha clearing the ring and pinning Sarah Logan.

Corbin asked Kurt if he was going to allow that. Kurt said it was none of his business, but Corbin reminded him he's now Stephanie's eyes and ears, and what Bayley did wasn't allowed. Either go tell them or he goes to Stephanie. I'm actually with Corbin on this. After the break the women seemed happy. Sasha and Bayley even getting along. Kurt approached them to reverse the decision and gave the Riot Squad the win by DQ. Sasha and Ember left. Corbin was then seen scolding the referee for allowing Bayley's interference.

Big Show was on stage with some of the US Special Olympics team to promote the event.

7. Finn Balor beat Kevin Owens by DQ. They finished with some ladder spots, and Balor landing the Coup de Grace off one to end the show.

We don't have all the answers yet. Pink loved the Earth and it's people. She didn't care for the rules and regulations of the Diamond Authority and so staged the shattering with Pearl. She's part of Steven. We have no idea what could happen if the gem was removed from him.

Meanwhile unknown to the remaining gems after the war the Diamonds had placed the cluster down in the depths.

and there are so many other things you can spot when you look back at particular episodes. The one where Steven finds Rose's junk in the desert. Look close enough and you can spot the fingers from a pink arm shaped ship buried in the sand. Stuff like that.

I'm not sure. Copyright is a funny thing. I see plenty of people online who create fanart of copyrighted characters and sell prints, but then you consider fan-made video games and roms which can't be sold.

It's mostly due to certain copyrights. I've seen a couple streamers who couldn't submit particular cartoon or video game based emotes for that reason. A person's face likely doesn't apply.
