I just installed Bumble. It feels nice not needing to come up with the icebreaker for a change, most Tinder profiles give you nothing to work with.

It makes me sad when people give office tips based on selfishness, mistrust towards others and apathy.

In my company we work in small projects within our department, rotating every few months. We help eachother, and go out of our way to do so (within the limits of workload).

If someone knows something useful, he shares it with everyone. If there's a conflict, you talk it out or take it above if unsolvable, but there are no backstabs.

We love doing what we do, so we make extra effort to makes our projects be good.

1) Add a column to the right of the score (if MTE is E, let's say F)

2) Write in F1: = E1*20/30. Press enter. (or whichever line has the first value)

3) Click on F1 and drag all the way down. The formula will spread to the entire column.

4) Go to the total column (say it's J). Click on J1.

5) Replace in the formula bar E1 for F1. Click enter then drag down in order to spread the formula.

Alternatively, select all the midterm values and somewhere in the right click menu there's an option to apply a math operation to all values. Dunno where.

Here any my thoughts on the current situation:
-I am not selling. I will ride this to $0. I knew that was a possibility when I bought in.
-Because of that, I want prices to make a sharp move in either direction. If it moves back up, great--the party is back on. Otherwise, I want a sharp move downwards so I can buy more at a horrifyingly low price ($100 ETH).
-What I DON'T want is for things to just eventually bottom out and go for weeks without much movement. I want volatility.

This basically. I miss the thrill of early January when everything moved a lot.

Got one taken out, I was awake during the process and it was horrendous hearing the tooth root snap and get pulled out. Somewhat painful too.

But compared to the toothache I had prior, it was way better.
