These dogs are meant to be working dogs, and honestly, there are too many people who have no business owning them. If you want a house dog, get a breed meant for that. I heard it's not good if they jump a lot due to their hip issue. I'd get a nice tan working line. Similar to the one who's pic was posted itt. Issue is I'm away from the house like 9 or 10 hours except weekends. I'd socialize it early on getting a pure breed. With my current single car garage house I can get another in the same price with 2 car garage and I'm set. I'd rather work hard to provide better for my kids when I get old. The basic needs are met. | Austin_Era_II 12/24/19 1:57:20 PM #35 | Rent a bedroom for like $700 a month if you're single. Work a labour trade job earning close to $20 hourly. Do the math. And don't buy in a big city. Buy a 2 or 3 bedroom house and rent to other roommates at the going rate. My first house I started renting eventually. You can find decent homes in the $200-300K based on where you live. I charge my tenant living in the basement $1100 a month all inclusive. I got a roommate now for short term paying me $750 a month straight cash. I make close to $20 hourly. Not to mention I pay child support and have 50/50 custody of my kids. Yeah...it's not hard if you stick to a budget. And no I don't eat ramen noodles every night. There are janitors who made minimum wage who are millionaires and retired by 50 due to people playing their cards right... This. Also if poor people saved a little then bought a house but rented it out to the right tenants their income would increase. Then buy a 2nd house to live in. Buy a decent used vehicle and changing the oil and brakes isn't hard. I know people who made $100K a year and had nothing to show for cause they bought a bunch of expensive toys for their kids and travelled a lot. This. By end of next year or early 2021 I plan to rent out my first home which is gonna be mortgage free. Then buy or get built my next home. I'm already investing.
