Its kinda sad I mean he is our friend but anyone have any advice on what we should do to help him out?

Like a future where they find that the optimal gender ratio in the world is like 65% female to 35% male and any more men will result towards a more negative society where they are even less appreciated and valued so they do reckless things to distinguish themselves and then cause the general female populace to only pursue the ones that do these things. Causing a disrupt in men that mistreat women and women that inadvertently shun average males.

This way a smaller percentage no matter what will always be more valued but wouldn't need to be aggressive in their pursuits and then women feel less of need to compete with one another and be interested in normal males.

While normal males would not feel threatened by other males since they are in such few numbers so you won't find as many jock dudebro arrogant wall street jerk type guys and if there are they will be put in their place and other males won't want to follow that example since women will like them for the kind ways they are.

I dunno just a random thought.
More women and less men in the world would be better since at the current ratio it seems like the average man is not as valued.

Magic is real?

Help me understand this. So like I'm lying down and she comes out and cradles my head and starts reciting stuff, doing hand signals or signs and then tracing symbols around me and my head with her fingers and various objects like flower petals or feather and stuff. It lasts like 20 minutes and my head started feeling lightheaded.

Like the most lightheaded in my life, felt like literal air was coming out my ears or out the sides of my head or something and I was like deep inside my head asleep or something. It was weird.

Now I didn't ingest anything and there was no smoke or anything so it can't be hallucinogen stuff.
So does this prove Magic is real or something?

I'm trying to understand this.

Because most of the average males in America are kinda on the overweight side of things?
I mean I heard that over there 5 pounds over weight is serious business for men and 15 pounds overweight is like a death sentence for finding a gf.

Does this apply to foreigners? So do most American guys never have a chance if they don't become fit and thin?

Had my account for like a decade. I have so many funny obscure hilarious videos that I have liked, saved made playlists with like 700, 2000+ videos etc.

I also sometimes (like twice a year) upload some funny clip scene from a movie or tv show that made me laugh and that isn't on YouTube. It gets claimed and monetized by the copyright holder which is fine since I dont care about making money off content that isn't even mine. I'm just happy that the video is up.

But now I have like 20 videos on my channel. All stuff featuring movie tv show stuff.

All it takes is 1 day of change where WarnerBros or someone exits YT copyrights and doesn't want to moneitze videos but just DMCAs everything and anything.

I wake up one morning and I have 3 strikes on all my stuff and all my liked videos, all my favorites all my saved playlists of hundreds no thousands of videos from over 10 years of Youtube gone...

That would make me the saddest ever. So I live in fear :(

I know I could just remove all the videos right now to never risk it in the future but I kinda like seeing certain clips I like from a show get thousands of views and comments from people that also really loved the scene :(

What would you do? Is my fear even rational?
Can you still access your saved playlists videos if youtube strikes all your stuff?
Any of you have this happen?

Greenhouse in direct sunlight at midday. Wrapped torso in saran wrap and some arm and thighs.
Worked out for 2 hours straight just a few minute breaks here and there.
Lost 15 pounds on the scale and I wasn't even trying hard.

So something like this is great. No one has any excuse of being a few pounds overweight.

Already in shape before doing this of course but I assume if you are fat it would work too.
EDIT and yes drink water after its important to be hydrated
