Had my annual AC check up. The freon level was very low so theres a leak. So its under warranty, right. Yeah, but the warranty covers the part only. Not labor and not replacement freon (which is fucking $100 a pound).I'm in the same situation and I'm so mad. They said you can't expect much from a contractor unit. Not just a freon leak, but the compressor died. Also my hot water heater needs the burner replaced already and the central air fan bearings are bad. All 3 years old. Possibly, but on the flip side multilingual chat bots are pretty close to being a solved problem, meeting in the future you could pull up to a Wendy's and order in whatever language you want and it would be able to understand and respond.
